Chapter 1

Cara's POV

BEEP.BEEP.BEEP.

I throw the cover over my face and groaned, after a couple of minutes I got up and checked the time, 7:33 A.M. I went to the bathroom and brushed my teeth then went to my closet and decided on what to wear.

After I got ready I got a text from my best friend Gigi that she's waiting for me outside,I went downstairs and took a piece of the pancake that my mom made "Bye mom, Bye dad" I say with my mouth full "Bye honey" my mom says as I walk out the door.

"Hey G" I say to Gigi as I enter the car.

"Hey" she says as she starts the car.

The car ride was filled with us just talking about random stuff. We got to school at 7:56 A.M. Gigi and I went inside and I went straight to my locker.

" So... Any special person in mind" Gigi suddenly asks.

"Why are you asking me you're the one who hasn't been with anyone for 2 years" I say as I got my books from my locker.

"I'm still looking for the right person" Gigi says.

"Look I know the break up between you and Joe was hard but that was 2 years ago you've gotta move on, I'm pretty sure he moved on" I say closing my locker.

"I gotta go to class see you at lunch" she says changing the subject as she turns and walks to her class.

As I was about to go to my class someone calls my name "Hey Cara" I turn around and look at whoever talked to me and see a cute curly haired boy "Heyy...."I say not knowing his name.

"Harry" He says with a smile "So um I'm having this party tonight because my parents are out of town and I was wondering if you wanted to come maybe?" He asked nervously.

"Yeah sure why not" I say with a smile.

"Cool so um see you then" he says then walks away.

Lunch

I walk to the cafeteria with Gigi and she was going on and on about how she might've failed the test because of one stupid mistake, nerd problems."I studied all night and now I'm gonna fail" she said "Gigi it's just one mistake how are you gonna fail because of one stupid mistake" I say as we wait in line "Cara it's not just one mistake for all we know I could fail the test then I'll fail the class then I'll fail school then I'll live in the streets then-" "Woah woah G, slow down you won't fail" I say as I take my tray and go sit.

"Hey guys" Karlie says as she sits down with us "Hey" Gigi and I say.

"So um this Harry guy invited me to his party tonight" I say as I take a bite from my food.

"Harry Styles!?" Gigi asks surprised.

"I think so" I say.

"Why would he talk to you" Karlie asks not really caring as much as Gigi is.

"Why would he not" I say looking up at Karlie.

"I don't know I mean he's the captain of the basketball team and you're...you"Karlie says.

"Ouch" I say offended.

"I don't mean it like that I just don't get it" she says.

At Cara's House

"I should pick out something to wear for the party later" I say as I open my closet,Gigi instantly comes next to me and looks for an outfit for me to wear "This looks good" she says and she takes something simple out of the closet, I agree and put it aside for later.
