"Melanie! Where's my headset?!" Jason called down the hall. "It's here in my room where you left it!" He walked in. "Oh yeah." I swiveled around in my chair. "Do you mind?! What if I was changing?! Just walking in somebody's room!" "I highly doubt I'd care if you were changing. Plus this is technically my room." I smacked his chest and pushed him out the door. I'm Melanie, or Mellyuniverse for my YouTube people. As you can probably tell my brother is Jason aka Minecraftuniverse. He's older than me but only by a few hours! 4 hours to be spot on. Yep, I'm his twin! My Skype rung and I nearly jumped out of my skin. I ran over to my desk. The name flashed on the screen 'The Mudkip'. I answered and smiled at Quentin. "Sup lil' Jason." "Stop calling me that!" He laughed. "Sorry. It's just so funny when you get frustrated." "Hey watch yourself Mudkip, I don't want your girlfriend after me." "Whatever. Shall we?" "Go for it." "Hey guys! Huskymudkipz here! And I'm with Mellyuniverse!" "Hello my lovelies! And I'm with the Mudkip again! Can't stay away can you Quentin?" We recorded a few rounds of 'Hide n Seek' and called it a recording. I said goodbye and walked into the living room. Jason was sprawled on the carpet. "What the hell are you doing?" I laughed. Jason smiled up at me. "Waiting on Ty to get here." "What?! You know you have to tell me when he's coming over!" He smirked. "But I also know you have a crush on him." I felt the heat rush to my cheeks, "I do not!" A knock came at the door. "Shit!" I ran into my room and pulled off the t-shirt I had on. Replacing it with a tank top. I walked back out an smiled a Ty. "Hey." Jason rolled his eyes. "Desperate!" He coughed. I shot him a glare as Ty chuckled. "Hey Mel." My heart fluttered. Calm down you've know him for years; he's Jason's best friend for Gods sake! I twirled my hair in between my fingers. "Are you guys recording or something?" I snapped at Jason. "Um, yeah I guess so. Do you wanna join us?" I smiled innocently at Jason. "Please? If you love me!" I batted my eyes causing them both to laugh. "Fine!" I jumped up and down like a little girl. Wrapping my arms around Jason's neck. "Thank you." I kissed his cheek and went to my room to grab my headset. Ty was at the door when I turned around. I jumped slightly. He walked up to me running his thumb down my cheek. My make-up rubbing off as he did. "Did Striker do that?" His tone stern but calm. I nodded and put my hand over the bruise, "Does Jason know?" My gaze fell to my feet, "He knows he attacked me again but not that I'm hurt. Please don't tell him! He'll go to school and rise hell. I've only got another week." Ty moved my hand and kissed the mark. I winced and he put his arm around me. "Sorry, and you know I'm here for anytime." He held my head in his hands. Our faces were inches apart; I looked away from him to resist closing the gap between us. Does he? No he can't, Jason would kill him. Does Deadlox like me back?
