"The weekend hit and I got bored pretty fast, so naturally I thought to take Dogmeat on a walk to the park, but when I got there I heard a familiar voice. It was Evan! Excitement could not even begin to explain what I was feeling. Though I did find it kind of convenient that he was walking by the park the same time I was."
"Anyways we talked about he had recently moved from Canada while he played fetch with Dogmeat. To be honest I think Dogmeat liked him too."
"It was getting late and I needed to go home soon, so when I told him I needed to go he offered to walk me home. Long story short Mom invited him in for dinner and he actually stayed. He said something about needing to be out of the house from his parents. Then for about an hour we stayed in my room just talking."
"'Were you always blind?' He asked. He was polite about it, so I told him the story about how I was blind since birth and how hard it was for me to grow up and everything. I even told him the story on how I got Dogmeat. Mom offered to show him the video tape of me at that age. God, I've never been so embarrassed and probably was blushing like an idiot from him calling me cute."
"I don't blame her for wanting to show me my childhood when or if, I was able to see again. She talks about that so hopefully like it will happen sooner or later, but I don't think I'll get my vision back ever again."
