Powers. Sounds like a stupid thing that nobody believes in, right? That's right, nobody believes in powers or magic, or anything like that. Except for Phil Lester: because he has them. You must be thinking, "Oh, i bet." In that sarcastic little mind of yours, but it's true.
He has had them for as long as he could really remember, yet no one knows he has them. He has kept it secret and while it seems incredibly hard, he found himself an easy way to do just that.
You see, the powers are caused by things that... excite him, you could say. Things that bring him pleasure, whether it be immense pleasure, or just something small, like someone he liked-or loved- touching him. So, he figured, all he had to do was steer clear of things like relationships, or certain websites.
He figured out how to hide it when was eighteen, and when he was twenty-one things got complicated. He met a girl, Sarah, and he fell in love with her- or so he thought. They got married when he was twenty-five and now he is twenty-nine. What's great about this is that now he doesn't have to hide his powers- because they don't happen.
He told himself on many occasions it had just left him, but hd knew that wasn't it. Yet, he told himself it was; it must've left and now he was powerless.
It's not like he cared, he didn't have to stress now. He didn't have to tell his wife why things were floating, he didn't have to explain what was wrong with him- he really didn't know himself. But he was okay with it, because he didn't have to live on the edge, well i mean, for now.
