"What's the difference between a house, and a home? Talon?" The former assassin raised his head, he could feel people staring daggers at him. "C-Can you repeat the question, please?"
Talon gulped. "What is the difference between a 'house' and a 'home'?" Education wasn't new to him, but the way schools worked was definatly weird. He hesitated for a moment before speaking.
"Th-The difference is.. A house is just a building, one that's made for humans to live in and feel comfortable in, it's something to.. Substitute instead of having to live in the streets. And a home.."
He thought about Malzahar, his body felt warm as the image entered his mind, a small smile tugging at his lips.
"A home is a place where you can feel comfortable, mentally and physically, even if it's not fit for living."
The image left his head and he quickly sat down, putting his head down as well. His body was trembling as he tried to play it cool, even if he was genuinly terrified. "Thank you." The teacher said, turning back to the board to continue the lesson.
