Chapter 19: "Trisha Jones...will you marry me..?"

Luke's POV:

It's Tuesday and I need to hang out with the boys today. I got out of the bed and stretched for a little while. I hear a little moan come out of Trisha's mouth when she started to wake up. I smiled and sat on her side of the bed.

"Good morning beautiful." I kissed her pink plump lips.

"Good morning. Going somewhere?" She asked.

"Yeah. Hanging with the boys today so your gonna have to be alone today."

"That's fine. I have to drop Paris to school today and go to work anyway."

"Okay. I'll get ready and I will walk to their house." I said and went to the bathroom to get a quick shower.

I grabbed my towel and my clothes that I was wearing.

I turned on the water faucet and made sure the water was warm enough for me. As I stripped down and entered the shower I grabbed my body wash and started rubbing it all over my body. The feeling of warm water numbing my body was a sensation. I rinsed the body wash off and dried myself.

I exited the bathroom and got my snapback and put it on my head.

I went down stairs to see no one here so I assumed that Paris and Trisha left. I got out of my pocket a ring box that I got for Trisha so I could propose to her. I put it back in my pocket and went on my way.

I finally arrived at the house and knocked on the door.

Michael answered and had a big smile on his face.

"Dude. What's up?"

"Nothing much, may I come in?" I asked.

He let me in and lead me to the living room where everybody was talking and laughing. Right when I came into the living room everyone became silent.

"Hey guys. How's it going?"

"Good. It's nice to see you bro." Calum chuckled

"Hey Luke. How is my best friend and my niece doing so far?" Jade asked

"Pretty good, but I got some news to tell you guys." I was so nervouse to tell them that I going propose to Trisha when she gets back. I pulled out the ring box and opened it to reveal a diamond engagement ring.

"Oh my gosh! You're going to propose to her?!" Micheal asked

"Yep. When she comes back from work and picks up Paris from school." I put the ring back in the box and put it in my back pocket.

I was sweating like it was no tomorrow. I was stressed, but at the same time, happy. Moments after I heard a knock on the door so I answered it. It was Trisha and Paris standing there with smiles on their faces. Paris ran to me hugging me tight. Trisha gave me a kiss and went to see Jade.

As they were talki g about whatever they were talking about, I interrupted the conversation.

"Sorry to interrupt, but can I have Trisha for a moment?" I asked politely.

"Sure." Jade left the living room and went upstairs with the boys.

Now it was just me and Trisha. I looked into her pretty hazel eyes and began to turn red. I was so nervous around her because this was my shot to make her my wife and give her my full attention. I wanted to be her everything and make her feel special. I knew we had our thick and thins, but it will not affect our love for each other. I snapped out of my daydream and pulled out the box and got down on one knee and opened the ring.

"Trisha.. I want to spend the rest of my life with you. I just want you to know that no matter what situation that we are in, I will always love you. We may have had little fights over little things, bit that will not stop me from loving you. So, Trisha Jones..will you marry me..?"
