"Always here for you"

Riley Matthews laid back on her dark purple sheets in her bedroom she tossed and turned fidgeting ever so slightly she was unable to sleep. She dared to peek at the clock on her bedside table for almost the twentieth time that night 11:55.
She sighed again knowing the idea of sleep was long gone, she stared again at her bay window waiting for it to open and for a familiar boy to climb through. She hadn't called him or texted him to come over especially at this time of night but somehow she just knew he would don't ask her how she just knew.

Riley had lost track of how much time had passed until a familiar boy with brown hair and eyes as blue as the sky knocked on her window and smiled. She rose out of her bed much more awake now as she propped it open staring at him, "lady" Farkle greeted the hint of a smile on his face though she took notice it didn't reach his eyes. "Farkle" she said back but in a much softer tone she stepped away from the window letting him inside as she climbed back under her comforter a moment later he joined her she knew he would follow.
Farkle leaned over and looked at her before speaking: "People that are to compatible aren't right for each other are they?" She blinked unsure of how to answer his question he let out a gentle sigh through his nose. "Isadora broke up with me tonight" Riley didn't say anything she didn't know what she could say she maneuvered her body closer as she hugged him.
He held her and stroked her beautiful brown hair enjoying the feeling of it silence passed for awhile before she looked up at him with her answer. "The universe just wants you to find the right person and Farkle you'll find love again" he gave her a soft smile that met his eyes this time at her she then knew exactly what she was to say just like he had for her. "
I'm always here for you" and together they fell asleep knowing they'd always be together no matter what.
