Chapter 23

DISCLAIMER I don't own Fairy Tail for I only own my characters and my messed up plot.

So I haven't updated in forever because I don't know what to write honestly. I'm probably gonna be editing this story and my other one a lot because it's very bad. So I'm gonna go with the Michelle arc and I don't think I'm gonna rewrite the story simply because I'm really lazy so yeah. I'll try to make this chapter longer because of all my spams I got. Oh my gosh thank you all so much for the comments, votes, follows, etc. etc. etc. you guys are so great. It just warms my heart when I see that my notifications have been spammed. Anyways enough of my rambling and back to the story.

June's POV

I was enjoying the big group hug until I felt another vague presence disturb it. After the whole thing my senses somehow got even stronger than they already were. I flickered my eyes towards the open doors of the guild squinting slightly to see if I could see any sign of a figure walking around, but a last after maybe five seconds nothing could be seen.

'This so called figure must be pretty far away then huh. Even I should've gotten a stronger sense of her energy than that. It's almost as if this thing doesn't even have a life force, but yet the energy feels powerful yet faint at the same time. Gah I'm really confusing myself here.' Inner me/monster had said. Usually she's really harsh to me, but she must be pretty intrigued by this thing if she's not.

'Yeah, I was wondering about that too, but then again we could just be both wrong.' I thought to her curiously. I must've haven't been thinking about what I was saying because she nearly made my brain explode in response.

'HEY! I'm never wrong, and just for thinking that I was you're gonna go out there and find whatever thing it was that I sensed not you. Without me you would be as clueless and stupid as the rest of these dimwits.' I slightly winced at her shouting and held my ears a little. I really don't wanna leave this hug, but if I don't the she-devil will lose her temper and throw a tantrum.

'You know I can hear what you're thinking! You're just a little brat that doesn't know a thi- HEY! Don't you block me out you bi-' the she-devil had exclaimed making my mind feel like a mindfield (heh heh get it, yeah, I know, it wasn't very punny, but what can you expect I'm not a punny person. Ok I'm done.) had been set off in my brain. Fortunately though I had been fast enough to block her out before she started yelling out a string of cuss words at me.

I snapped out of my trance and looked around to see that everyone was still around me in a bear hug. I slightly sweat dropped and wondered how long I was actually in my dreamlike trance. Time seems to go by really fast when I'm in there. I gradually started getting claustrophobic and irritated by everyone so I pushed my way out of their arms. It was like I was in a jungle of bodies with no oxygen. I started struggling to breath and chanted I small prayer in my head over and over again.

'Please don't fart. Please don't fart. Please don't fart.' Just when I saw the light I heard a poof of air go off behind which if I remember correctly was from Droy. Sweat started forming rapidly on my face as I started scrambling like crazy to the light ramming past people and knocking them down in the process. My face gradually turning read than to purple than I finally made it to the light and outside and took a deep and very needed breath. I lay there for the longest time catching my breath until they were no longer labored. With a final inhale and exhale a stood up and dusted off my clothes.

" Hey, Imma go and check something out so don't worry about me! Bye!" I quickly exclaimed and sped off into the forest to find the mysterious presence I- er, I mean inner me had sensed before I got in trouble. She's probably already pissed with me for taking so long.

'Damn right I am.'

"Sorry sorry. I tried to get out of there as fast as I could. I almost died you know." I replied aloud not wanting to 'think' to her.

'Good it would do the whole world a favor if you did die. Of course I would want that more than anything else in the world, but unfortunately I would die also.' My eye twitched as she started groaning in grief. I swear she is the most annoying thing I've ever met. This will be a long day if I have to go through this. Blocking her out takes a lot of work and concentration, and being concentrated is pretty hard for me since I lost it to a fart.

I sighed still jogging around to find the presence. Trying to block inner me out I closed my eyes, but still kept the same pace I had. Everything was going fine as I dodged trees and rocks and other obstacles. While I was able to detect these I somehow couldn't sense a girl in a big pink poofy dress when she was a meter right in front of me.

Unsurprisingly, I bumped into her and the case she was holding flew into the air and as if time slowed I watched it as it neared the ground. Then me eyes widened and it hit square in the stomach knocking the breath out of me.

"Holy shit. What the hell is in this thing that a petite girl like you is lugging around?!" I exclaimed gasping for air. I pushed the case off and sat up wheezing for and struggling to my my breathing back to normal. I looked at the girl that I bumped into sweat dropping as I saw her tearing up. Jeez.

"Owie." She whined. I was starting to get irritated and I could hear inner me raging in my head about the weak girl. I slowly got up and gave her my hand. She look at it with glassy eyes and reluctantly took it in her shaky hands.

"Uuuhhhh, erm I'm sorry for running into you. I guess you just have so little presence that I didn't notice you until it was too late. Eheh." I scratched the back of my head awkwardly as I tried apologizing. 'Something is not right with this girl,' I thought as she sniffed a little. I have a feeling things are gonna get confusing from here on out.

And scene. So it's been like forever since I last updated and I feel like I've slowly improved my writing skills even though I still think it's crappy, but if you look at my first chapter and compare it to this one then yeah gigantic difference. So this is more of filler chapter that I wanted to give you all because I'm unfortunately am still on writers block *gigantic sigh* now I know the pain of other writers. Before I started writing I was really hypocritical so now I know that people have lives out of Wattpad. I kinda don't have a life either way but still. Yeah I gotta work with my rambling.
