Oofles - the involuntary twitching motion of a random muscle/part of your body. Usually occurs when you least expect/want it, such as during conversation. Most often occurs to facial muscles.
e.g ' My eyebrow has the oofles'.
This is one that's been used by my family for as long as I can remember. Goodness only know how they came up with it.
