Chapter 4

Sarah POV

I couldn't believe it when I got a phone call saying George, my George had jumped off a bridge.

I didn't understand.

Was I missing something.

He seemed pretty happy to me.

But obviously not.

He was being subsidel.

Until his mum called me.

She told me the answer.

The truth was she had just told him some terrible news about his sister and dad and he stormed out the house.

God knows what was going through his mind.

I was so worried.

I love him so much and I never want anything to happen to him.

I needed to visit him in hospital, see how he was doing.

I haven't seen him since last Friday and it is now Wednesday.

5 days without your boyfriend when he is in hospital after being in a critical condition and a coma is really hard. A big strain on the heart strings.

The one thing I wanted more than anything right now was his lips. I haven't kissed him properly since the accident and that was a long time ago.

The doctors are saying if he keeps on improving at this rate he will be out in a couple of days.

I hope so.

I walked into the hospital at a steady pace and walked straight to George's ward.

I didn't need directions now.

As I walked into his room he wasn't there.

I ran to the front desk and asked where he had gone.

She said his name wasn't on the file.

Then she said he has just been admitted to go home.

Just then my phone rang with George's voice, "you have a phone call" he sung.

I answered the phone to George's voice on the other end.

My heart fluttered.

"I'm allowed out I'm just about to leave the hospital. " he explains

"Don't leave I'm here I was going to visit you but you weren't in your room" I answer.

"Turn around" George says down the phone and the line cuts off.

I turn to see George standing there with crutches and a huge beaming smile on his face.

I run towards him and surround him in a tight embrace minding his still injured leg.

From what I understand he had surgery on.

Finally I got what I wanted for so long. What I really needed. A kiss.
