"Hey can you drop me off at my street today, I'm too tired to walk."
"Are we taking another step in our friendship? Where I finally get to know where you live?" Choi Young Do asked as he swerved onto the road.
"Half a step. I said street not house."
"I'll work with what I've got."

Choi Young Do took off his helmet as he looked around at the street he was told to stop at, the large houses lining the road not quite suiting the girl with him.
"neo do?"(you too?)
Wasn't Su Jin part of the welfare section? Was she in a situation like Cha Eun Sang?
"Na do, mo?"(me too, what?) Su Jin questioned, confused at what Choi Young Do was asking.
"Ani.." he dismissed her question as he finally stopped looking around and settled his eyes on her.
Su Jin shifted uncomfortably under Choi Young Do's scrutinizing gaze, the silence growing as both parties made no attempt to start a conversation. Each one of them occupied with some internal debate about whether they should speak up and say what they really wanted to say.
Su Jin took the initiative as she began, " ummm...the reason I actually called you today was because I wanted to tell you that I'm .....going to be gone for a while."
Choi Young Do said nothing as he watched Su Jin, his mouth opened slightly so he could speak but the words got stuck in his throat. Choi Young Do blinked rapidly as he lowered his head, away from Su Jin's worried eyes.
"Eonje?"(when) he questioned softly as his grip tightened on the handle bars
"Naeil." (tomorrow.) Su Jin bit her lip, feeling guilty for not having told him earlier.
Choi Young Do's head snapped up immediately, his jaw tightening as he glared at the girl in front of him, "Were you even planning on telling me before you left?"
Choi Young Do released the handle bars as he let his hands fall to his knees, the strength in his fingers gone.
Why was his life always like this?
Sometimes, Choi Young Do felt that if people were going to leave him like this then it would have been better if they had never stepped into his life in the first place. He was so angry, at himself for letting Su jin in, for trusting her to be by his side. It had never occurred to him that she would leave. Choi Young Do turned his head to the side feeling the stinging on the corner of his eyes as his vision slowly blurred. He closed his eyes, trying to get his feelings and thoughts under control.
"Mian(sorry), for not telling you earlier." Su Jin said softly as she took a step towards him,
"You broke your promise." He said looking up, his eyes piercing through her, making her falter in her step. She knew exactly what he was talking about and it wasn't like she could even deny it because she was breaking it.
"I would never break that promise if I had a choice..." she began, trying to justify her actions even though she knew that nothing she said, could fix this atmosphere. There was silence between them as they simply watched each other.
"Whatever, it doesn't matter. It's always the same." Choi Young Do said, breaking the silence as he grabbed for his helmet, wanting to get away from Su Jin as fast possible. The further he got from her, the less sick he'd feel.
"Wait stop! Before I leave, I want to use my wish from my I win today."
Choi Young Do was going to ignore her request but figured it would be better for him to get her wish out of the way so that when he sees her in the future, she won't have any hold over him. Choi Young Do placed his helmet on his lap as he looked at Su Jin expectantly, waiting for whatever it was she wanted.
