Chapter 6

~Time SKip to at the DWMA after surgery~

Stein P.O.V.

Finally finished. I wanted to dissect you but not like this..... I walk out of the office and see everyone standing there even Lord Death. Interestinggg..... "I did all I could the rest will depend on her now. She had a lot of internal bleeding. She had a punctured lung and it barely missed her other vital organs. I was able to patch everything up. But she is in a coma right now. We won't know until she wakes up." Soul and (S/N) asked at the same time, "Can we go see her?" I chuckled, "Yes, and let me know if she waked up." They nodded and went into the room. "Epic. I need to speak with you," I tell the boy. He just nods and follows me. Once ww were outside I started to talk.

"You said that when you did soul resonance you and (S/N)'s connection was better than ever. But then (Y/N) soul seem to be pushed out?"

"Yes, sir."

"Has anything changed over the past couple of days?"

He looked deep in thought then blushed. "Ummm... the only thing different is that me and (S/N) started dating. But (Y/N) is dating Soul so that shouldn't change anything right?"

Ahh....so that's it. "Actually it does. You see when you and (S/N) admitted your feelings your connection grew stronger where as your connection with (Y/N) stays the same. In turn when you tried to resonate you and (S/N) were in perfect sync and (Y/N)'s soul couldn't match yours."

He turned white. "Does this mean it is my fault?? Will we never be able to be a complete set again?"

I laughed. He looked at me crazy i turned my screw. "No quite the opposite. You can't control your feelings. And it is good you shared them with (S/N). As for yall being a complete set again I will have to look into it. I am sure there is a way to strengthen your bond with (Y/N) as well." With that I waved and walked off to my lab to start my research.

Soul P.O.V.

I ran into the room as soon as Stein said it was okay. I walked in and seen (Y/N) she was so pale and her beautiful (E/C) eyes were closed. I sat down by her and started to cry. Don't leave me we haven't even gotten to go on our first date. I looked over at (S/N) she was crying as well she was holding (Y/N) hand and mumbling something.

(S/N) P.O.V.

I was looking down at my sister she looked lifeless. When she should of been bright and happy. This brought fresh tears to my face. "What would I do without you," I mumbled. She is my whole world. We have always been together. I turn my head and get up to leave I can't look at her like this. Not right now. "Let me know if anything changes." Soul nodded not looking up from her as I left to find Epic.

~Time SKip Three days later~

(Y/N) P.O.V. ~Dream world~

I open my eyes and see blackness. Oh no am I dead?? "(Y/N) you have to wake up come on it's been three days," a crying voice said. Who is that?? Where is that?? Where am I?? All of a sudden a bright light shone through the darkness. Should I follow?? Not like I have much choice. I began going towards the light. It kept getting brighter and brighter until..........

~ Real world (Y/N) P.O.V.~

I open my eyes but instead of darkness or that light I see a dim looking room that smelled of disinfectant. I heard sobbing. I went to get up but when I did I had to grit my teeth because of the pain. This action seemed to alert the sobbing person beside me. "(Y/N)!!!! Your awake I am so sorry it was all my fault!!!." I turn my head to see my sweet twin sister my best friend a sobbing mess.

"What do you mean (S/N)?? What is your fault?"

"Stein told Epic it is because me and him had too strong a bond after we admitted our feelings and started going out. It caused the connection to push you out."

"Huh. What are you talking about?"

"You don't remember?"

I looked at her confused for a second and then it all came back. The party all the way until the two limbs pierced through my body.

"Oh. But it doesn't make it your fault yall are perfect for each other and it's not like it could be helped."

"But you got hurt because of this. I almost lost my best friend."

I smile a sad smile. " I wouldn't let something as small as this beat me. Besides me and you have to start planning your wedding."

She blushed brightly then yelled,
"(Y/N)!!! We just started dating!!" Then in a quiet voice, " besides what about you and Soul??"

It was my turn to blush. I gently pushed her. " We just did too. Plus you and Epic have known each other for years."

As if on cue the two boys walked in. Both looking sad until they looked up seeing (Y/N) up smiling and blushing with her sister. Soul ran forward and hugged (Y/N) hiding his face in her hair as small tears escape. (S/N) and Epic took this as cue to leave the couple alone and left the room quietly.

"(Y/N) I thought I lost you." Soul whispered in her ear.

"I am right here. I am not going anywhere." She pulled back and looked into his eyes. He leaned in and kissed her softly. She didn't hesitate to return the kiss. After he got on the bed and held her close. Not letting her go as they drifted off to sleep.

(S/N) P.O.V.

After me and Epic left we ran into Stein. "Hello guys."

"Hello Stein. My sister has woke up. Soul is with her now." I said with a sad smile. It's my fault. I could of lost her.

"It's not your fault (S/N)." I stared at Stein in shock. It's like he read my mind.

"I can help but feel that way. She got hurt I didnt. She got pushed out because I had a stronger bond with our meister."

"Ah about that I believe I found a way that yall can all bond." Stien twisted his screw.

"Really how?" Epic seemed eager. I know he loves (Y/N) like a little sister. I smiled at that I could keep both people who mean the world to me.

"Yes, it will be hard though and you can't do it until (Y/N) is done healing."

"What is it???" Me and Epic both say just ready to know how.

Stein chuckled. " (Y/N) is going to have to strengthen her bonds emotionally and physically. She will work with each of you individually and together. I won't lie it will be hard but I know all of you can do it."

~ Time SKip to a year later~

(Y/N) P.O.V.

It has been a year since the battle and my injury.
Maka and Kid have moved in together. I guess they are taking the next step. Blackstar asked out Tsbuski. Liz and Patty are still the same. My sister and Epic are now engaged. I am the wedding planner/ Maid of Honor. As for our partnership it still needs a little work but we can fight again. I love every minute of it. Me and Soul are going strong. We had our first date shortly after I left the hospital. We just celebrated our one year anniversary and everyone keeps saying he will be asking the question soon. I don't care either way we will get there one day. I just couldn't be any happier with my life.
