Right from his audition Harry was a big hit with the public but to be put through into the judges houses stage. The judges them selves decided to form two groups, Little Mix and One Direction. Harry was obviously in One Direction, along with him were Liam Payne, Niall Horan, Zayn Malik and Louis Tomlinson (Sorry for putting you last Louis, you can go first next time) They were a huge hit together and the first time I met all of them together they seemed so close. In a way I felt a bit left out but if it made Harry happy I would go along with it.
I remember one weekend Liam came round for the weekend and once he left Harry came to me and said
"Listen Marcel, you're my brother and I love you to pieces, me and the boys like having you around and we were wondering if we hit big, if you'd consider being the bands marketing guy. You'd help us organise tours you'd be able to get VIP access to the shows and most of all I'd get to spend time with my big bro" I was so happy I can't remember exactly what happened but I know I cried a lot. But naturally I agreed.
Coming third in the X-Factor was amazing for them they loved it. Personally I believe that although they didn't win, they still became the most succesfull out of all the acts the X-Fator has ever had.
Harry started getting invited to all sorts of events and parties he asked me to come along to a few but I said no (Parties are not really my kind of thing) He loved this life style he started bringing in lots of money as well (and I mean LOTS) He gave some to me he called it "payment" for my marketing jobs, the funny thing was that I haden't actually done anything for the band yet... But believe me I coudn't exactly decline Harry isn't someone you can easily say no to.
