He slowly open his eyes and groan in pain. Why was the world so damn bright all on sudden? He slowly sat up, and was relived that the pain in gone.
He swung his legs over the edge of the bed, and made a move to stand. Bad move.
Next thing he knew, he was in the floor.
"Damn lag..." He swore and reached out for his pant leg.
He took it and sat on his butt, putting it on.
"There..." He mumbled and stand up again.
This time he walked downstairs to see his father. He is sitting beside the fire, seem to be writing something.
"Dad?" Hiccup say, carefully, not to scare his father.
Stoick turn around and see Hiccup. He smile.
"How are you feeling?" He ask when Hiccup walked the last steps.
"Uhm...fine...never better..." He put all the weight on his good leg, since the other still hurt a bit.
"Enough to fly?"
Hiccup was a bit shocked by the sudden question but slowly nod.
"Yeah I think so."
"Good. You're friends wants to figure this out."
"What do you mean?"
"I mean..." His father fully turn around to look his son in the eyes.
"That you were struck by electricity, but the sky were clear."
Hiccup froze. He really haven't thought of that.
"I could have been a skrill?" Hiccup suggested but his father shakes his head.
"No. He skrill hit his victims with lightning strikes ...from the sky!"
Hiccup sigh and twisted his fingers.
"So what could it have been?"
This time Stoick sigh.
"I don't know, but we will find out."
