Chapter 31

Min Young's POV

I opened my eyes and flinched a bit by the sun rays that passed through the glasses.

I woke up in an unfamiliar place and i just realized that i fell asleep in the car last night.

I raised my head upwards and found Kai's sleeping face.

His arms were around me and my arms were around his torso.

We both slept on the middle passenger seat with my head leaning on his chest as my pillow.

I smiled, finally we have already made up last night.

I can't help to grin while touching my lips, remembering our kiss yesterday.

My problems felt like has been removed away by itself, everytime i'm around him.

He's the one whom i need everytime i'm in pain.

Learning from last experience, i've learned that I couldn't solve my own problem without him.

I need him by my side.

I raised my head again and pecked his jawline.

I took a look at my phone and it is now 6:00 a.m in the morning.

Darn! Everybody in the campsite must be worried about us now.

"Kai-ah! Wake up!! We should come back to the campsite now! Everyone must be waiting for us!" I sat up as i tapped his cheek.

He opened his eyes and looked the surrounding.

"Morning!" He said with his husky voice while smiling.

"Yah! We should---"

Before I could finish my sentence, he grabbed my wrist until our face was only an inch away.

He pecked my lips, after that he pulled me back into his embrace.

"I miss you so much.. Please let me hug you for a longer time" he pleaded.

"*chuckle* You know what? You've been hugging me all night long, Mr. Clingy"

"5 more minutes"

"Fine.. But if we were at the campsite, i have to avoid you again only for an act okay?" I explained.

"Shireo!! I barely stay away from you. I wanna protect you from her, so just stay beside me always!"

"You even don't know who are you facing now, Kai... This is my problem and i have to solve it by my own" i weakly sighed.

"You're not going through this alone, Min Young-ah! You have me here and i'm not going to let you face this problem alone. Please just obey my word and trust me. I'm not going to let anyone threatened you anymore. Especially her, who is none other than Zoella" he sincerely said and i'm kinda felt touched by his words.

"A-are y-you sure?" I said, doubting him.

"Yes! Of course yes! Just stay by my side, and you'll be secured cause I would never ever let anyone hurt you"

I smiled, knowing that he was care about me and never let me solve the problem alone.

Having him in my life, making me felt like the luckiest girl ever.

"Alright.. Thanks, Kai" I hugged him tighter and snuggled into his chest, inhaling his intoxicating scent.

He chuckled while ruffling my hair.
