Your POV

You and Calum are the most best buds in your community and school. You love him but you don't know if he loves you back. Until one day.. You told Calum something.

"Cal, can we talk?" You asked him worriedly. "Sure." He replied with a smile. Both of you headed to a corner with no people.

"Ok, what is it?" He asked you and you started to cry. "Don't cry." He said wiping your tears and hugged you. "Please don't freak out ok?" You said and he nodded.

"Ok, I found out that I have leukemia." You said and he froze. He just walked out and you started to cry and walk home.

You hang up and your mom called you to go downstairs. You saw Calum seating on the couch holding some flowers.

"What are you doing here?" You asked slightly angry. "I'm here to say something." He said and you sit on the couch.

"What is it?" You asked him slightly angry. "I'm here to say sorry for what I did back there. I'm sorry. Please forgive me." He said and hold your hand. You hugged him and said, "You are forgiven." You said and cried on his chest.

"I love you." He said and you blushed so hard. "I- love you too." You said and he kissed your forehead.

"So, I'm going to ask you." He pulled away and stared you in the eyes. "What is it?" You asked him nervously.

"Will- you- uhm.. Be my girlfriend?" He asked nervously. You punched him on his shoulders. "Is that a yes?" He asked. "Of course!"

After a few months, something bad happened. You are hospitalized for a long time. And you are close to death. You and Calum are engaged. But, everyone is worrying about you. Calum can't sleep or eat properly, your parents are sort of giving up on you. But you told them to stay strong.

"y/n, please don't leave me." Calum said as tears are streaming down your face. "I won't leave you ok?" You said at him and he started to cry. [a/n- true man cries muthafuka]

Your heart monitor started to ring or something. Causing you to say something to Calum.

"Don't forget about me ok?" You said at him smiling as the nurses escorted him out of the room.

Calum's POV

"Sir, unfortunately, your daughter didn't make it." I heard the doctors spoke to y/n's father. I hugged her mother and said, "I'm sorry. It's all my fault." I said to her crying mother.

"It's not your fault Calum. Not everybody's fault." Her mom said and hugged me.

"I love that girl, I won't love anybody except for her. I hope she's happy up there now." I spoke at the Camera, everybody knows about me and her. Luke, Michael, Ashton, and the fandom knows about it.
