Society told me to be skinny
They said its the only way I'd be pretty
So I shrunk my size everyday
Just so society could get their way.
Society told me to have perfect skin
They said its the only I'd ever fit in
So I used makeup everyday
Just so society could get their way.
Society told me to stop being weird
They said its causing everyone fear
So I became dull and boring
I did that for society every morning.
Society's weird and hard to trust
But oddly enough
Society's us.
