In the Mooney's Mansion, rumors of spirits visiting these walls were true.

The Doom Brothers were once humans though the afterlife was not too kind to them. The brothers became incubuses and they had corrupted many women's virtue over the centuries. This would be the first time they decided to tie themselves to a human soul for a period of time.

Demon possession was dangerous and yet very thrilling to control a person's life, only to take their soul in the end. The poor sucker doesn't realize the risk they have taken, till it's too late to turn back. Once a person has signed over their soul to a demon, there was no way for a person to change their fate, unless that person had chosen the path of the Savior. Humans don't understand or realize that the war between good and evil never ends.

Each side was trying to recruit souls for their cause. So when the opportunity to capture more souls, demons didn't waste no time when they started to spread their demonic "helpful" contracts. These contracts will draw their victims to giving up their free will and soul for empty promises. In this case, five incubuses promised their victims' riches and security for their families, in return the poor soul must fulfill their requests, which sanctioned the demons to enjoy human benefits through their human hosts.

Tartan was reading the paper in the old library when his brother Haman walked in.

"How's your boy? You think he'll back out?" Haman asked as he sat down on the chair in front of Tartan.

"What do you want Haman? Victor will finish the deed." He looked over at his brother and smiled. "What do you think of our target? She is a feisty one, isn't she?"

Haman hated his afterlife. There was no peace, just another conquest to accomplish. All his brothers adapted to their afterlife but he wished he had chosen a different path. When his older brother mentioned Priscilla Lane, he felt his heart constricted with pain. Priscilla was full of light that couldn't be put out. He remembered his first day he laid eyes on her, he wanted her. He wanted her not because he wanted to dominate her, but he felt she was the one who could give him the peace he was seeking. "She is different. Her faith is strong. Are you sure that you can break her?"

Tartan's anger had hit a boiling point. He couldn't believe that he waited nearly two minutes for his brother next respond. He studied his brother's expression before he let out a hearty laugh. "Haman, do you think I'm an idiot? You like her."

Haman stared at his brother. "What are you talking about?"

Tartan laughed even harder. "Don't play dumb with me. You like her. You think that she can save you from your hell hole life."

Haman didn't get a chance to shut up his brother when his other brother, Demas walked in.

"What are you guys talking about? Tartan, what's so funny?" Demas asked as he sat on the desk.

"Demas, I think we need to kick Haman's ass. He is starting to have a soft heart for our main prey." Tartan said.

"Oh, Priscilla Lane. A soft heart, huh? No. Not Haman, I think he needs to get laid. Demas strolled over to his brother and put his arm on Haman's shoulder. "Haman, get Aidan to bring you a nice girl to release that tension of yours. You'll feel a lot better. Besides, Ms. Lane is a force to be reckon with."

"Oh for crying out loud! We are demons." He shouted as he pounded the desk with his fist. "Ms. Lane is a human, what is so hard about her?" Tartan asked.
