A strip of goosebumps made their way onto the top of my arms seeing Taehyung waiting for me.  His eyes looked at my bag and I was praying that he wouldn't ask any questions, but of course that wasn't going to happen.

I could see his jaw clenched for some reason.  I lifted an eyebrow at his angry appearance.  Why the hell was he so pissed?

He stood up and keep glancing at me bag.  I tucked it behind me feeling uncomfortable.  I cleared my throat to gain his attention and when I did he still looked angry.

"What's in the bag?"

I froze at his question even though I knew it was coming.  I tried to laugh it off.  "Oh this?" I lifted the bag.  "Nothing really! Just some of my left over clothes that I brought from my house!" He lifted his eyes questioningly.  Okay even I know that my voice a couple notches higher than usual.  I may not be the best liar...

He smirk, showing me he didn't believe me.  "Why is it in that type of bag?"

I was mental choking him.

What was he? A cop?

I rolled my eyes.  "It's because I ran out of suitcases.  Do you think I have a dead body in here or something." I let out a chuckle to appear more convincing.

I let out a yawn before he could answer.  "I'm going to bed." I moved around him, but I could see him trying to catch my wrist.  I avoided his hand and picked up my pace, acting like I didn't just dodge him.  He let out a "hey" but I already closed my bedroom door.

I could see his shoes outside my door.  He stayed there a couple more seconds, and I contained a laugh imagining the face he must have right now.  He finally left with a grunt, and I finally let out a breath.

That was a close one.

...

Everything has been calm today.  Taehyung was once again gone in the morning before I even woke up which surprised me.  He seemed like a late sleeper type of person, and I especially thought that he would wake up later considering that we both were awake late last night.  That wasn't the case though, but I wasn't complaining.  It was much easier to wake up and have a good day without Taehyung around.  It was relaxing and nice.  Something that I needed these days.

A sweet melody tore me from my thoughts, followed by a deep voice.

I looked around trying to decipher where it came from.  I stood still listening to the voice.  It was extremely deep, but wasn't too harsh.  It was easy to get lost in and was relaxing to listen to. One thing was for sure, whoever was singing had talent.  Their voice held so much emotion that it made me have chills.  Not a lot of singers now could do that.

The song was approaching an end and the voice began to tune out as well. I quickly followed the last remains of soft music and was stunned to find Taehyung.

I hid behind the door frame and stared in awe.

He was seated in the middle of the recording studio with his eyes closed passionately singing into the mic.

I felt awkward standing there. It felt like I was listening to something personal and private. Even though I could not understand anything he was saying since he was singing in Korean, I felt everything he was saying.  My emotions understood him very well.  My mood instantly dampened at his voice, feeling the loss and pain he was singing, and it made me wonder what the hell happened in his life?
