The day lingered on and on and on... But finally lunch block rolled around. "So, what's for lunch, Tay?" Selena asked. "I don't know. I can't share food. Its a school rule." She said back. I got in the lunch line with Selena as Taylor placed her lunchbox on a table and sat.
"Why must she be so loyal to the school?" Selena sneered. I know she meant no harm to Taylor and her self esteem, but the fact that Tay always follows rules... Can be annoying."I don't honestly know..." I said. "She is a sweet girl."
"Yeah. Sweet." Selena said. She looked at me. "So... Usually I'm distracted talking to Taylor."
"Yeah?" I replied, unknowing of why she brought this up.
"I just wanted to say that... You compare no less or more than Taylor to me." She continued. "And I'm sorry."
"Its fine. Really!" I said enthusiastically. We stepped in the tray room. Where the food is served. "Mm! Pizza!"
Then Selena noticed something. "Ew! The cheese is peelable!" She gagged. "Well... They have salad," I suggested. "That'd be best." Sel said. We both agreed and took our food. We sat where Taylor was. "So Tay!" I said.
"Yeah?"
"You and Harry, huh?" I nudged her shoulder. She sipped from her water bottle. "What?"
I looked at her. "You know what." She sighed deeply. "No. Like I said on the bus. Nothing special." Me and Sel exchanged glances. "Okay," Selena nudged her playfully. "My parents say I can't date. I go by that." She mentioned. She continued. "Not yet, at least."
"Ohh." Sel and I shrug, now knowing why she won't bust a move. Then Harry walked by and sat across from Taylor. "Hey, Tay!" He cheered. "So.. I was wondering if you would like to go to the new diner, around the block tonight."
Taylor looked like her eyes popped out of her head. "O-oh! Yeah! Sure!" She stammered. "Umm.. I mean... Yeah. That'd be cool."
"Okay!" Harry confirmed. He hugged Taylor and she blushed.
He walked away. "So... No feelings?" I teased. "Nope!" Tay replied. "Really?!" Sel shot me a ready look. "O-oh! Yeah, sure!" I reenacted. "Fine!" She moaned. "I'll admit. He's cute."
"Oooh!" Selena and I dragged out the words. "Stop, guys." Taylor blocked us from saying anymore by covering our mouths. "Fine!" Selena mumbled through Taylors hand.
"You like harry!" She added quickly. "What?" Taylor mocked her. "Alright, Selena. Give 'er a rest." I said slightly slow. Then the bell rang. I had to go outside for gym. And dress out. That's what I really hate. But me, no. I dress pretty. For my bae. His name is Luke Hemmings. he also has his cliques. Like I do. I walked to go get dressed In the girls locker room. Directly after, i entered the gym. Then I saw Luke. He was chatting with Michael, a good friend with a popping personality. Luke looked around, then looked at me. Immediately after, he motioned to me. Then Luke walked towards me, Michael following. "Hey, gurl." Michael smiled, then rubbed my head, messing my hair all up. "Hey, Michael." I said happily. "Hey, bae." Luke kissed my cheek. "Hey, Luke." I greeted.
