The clock struck six am on February 8th, 2016. I rose from my 'bed', or couch, and stretched my arms. The sun was barely peeking over the skyline, and I was not excited to be up this early.
Or, to be up on this day at all.
Sam and one of his friends came into the room, them both wearing all black.
"Put this on." He spoke, tossing me a plastic bag.
I opened it up to see a black top, black jeans, and a pair of gloves and ear plugs.
I made my way to the bathroom down the hallway, and splashed my face with cool water.
It felt like an icy sensation, seeing my face was so flustered. I was so nervous. My stomach was hurting so bad, and I couldn't stop shaking. Does Sam really think I can go through with this?
Do I really think I can go through with this?
I patted down my face with a towel, then continued to put on the clothes Sam had given me.
I pulled the pants up to my waist and zippered them; they were quite large.
I then pulled my hair back into a ponytail, and stared at myself in the mirror.
That was the first moment I had taken, to step back and look at myself.
Is this who I have become?
Bruises lined up and down my neck and chest, scratches along my jaw.
Is this who I will be?
A future murderer?
I'll have to live with the guilt for the rest of my life.
The guilt of knowing I killed someone.
The guilt of knowing I killed my love.
"Y/N, let's go!" Sam yelling snapped me out of my daze, and I made my way out of the bathroom, closing the door behind me.

Sam piled us all into the car, me in the back driver's side seat.
I felt like I was going to hurl.
"Sam, can I roll down the window? I can't breath." I questioned, leaning to the front seat.
"No, people will see us. We can't look suspicious." He shook his head, stepping on the gas to go faster.
I sighed and leaned against the window, closing my eyes.
