Two weeks later...
"I'm telling you wasabi is a plant"
"No it isn't there is no way that this grows out of the ground" There I sat on the sofa next to Mariana, Johann, Yoandri and Joel. I picked up the remote and began to search through netflix as I popped a piece of orange chicken in my mouth. We decided to order take out and watch some movies and the boys were currently discussing whether wasabi was artificially made or not. Idiots. I love them but none the less they're idiots.
"Fatima, Mariana what do you think? Mother nature or factory made?" Johann said as he brought it up to my face. I wrinkled my face up in disgust. Ew. I HATE wasabi. No offense to whoever likes wasabi it's just not my thing. One of my friends back home was obsessed with wasabi flavored almonds, she tricked me into thinking they were lightly sugar coated and gave me one. I kid you not I almost died. I will forever be scarred. Like I said before not a big fan of the green paste.
"Ew get that away from me, I hate wasabi" I said as I pushed the substance away. I looked up to see the three boys grinning. Oh no what were they thinking.
"Why are yo- No. NO. JOEL DON'T." I said as I began to scoot away
"I swear Joel if you come any closer that wasabi is going to be your new girlfriend" I warned but he didn't even take it into consideration. In one swift moment Joel launched himself at me and stuck the wasabi in my face. Ew no. I'm going to cry. No seriously it's burning my eyes.
"Joel! Stop!" I yelled as I tried to contain my laughter.
"Why? I thought you loved wasabi" he said as he laughed.
"Hah very funny!" I said as I tried to release myself from his grip.
"Where you going babe? Don't you want some wasabi to go with your food?"
"Joel if you don't get off I'm going to puke all over you!" I felt his weight shift off of me and I began to sit up again. I looked around to see that everyone else had left during our little wrestling match. Joel got up from the couch and threw the wasabi away along with our left over food.
"Hey don't throw that wasabi away! I told you if you got any closer that wasabi was going to be your new girlfriend" I jokingly said. He came and sat next to me.
"I'm sorry Fatima, forgive me?" He said as he planted a kiss on my cheek.
"Hmm let me think about it. No" I jokingly said.
"How about now?" He said as he planted another kiss on my cheek.
"No"
"Now?"
"No" pretty soon he was attacking me with kissed left and right.
"Okay! Okay! I forgive you!" I laughed as he stopped kissing me. Some time during the previous event he had ended up on top of me. I realized how close we were and I began to blush. I know we've know each other for a while but he always managed to make me blush. I just couldn't help it. I turned away and tried to hide my face.
"Hey what are you doing? You look so cute when you blush" He said as he put his hand on my face and faced me towards him, only making me blush even more.
"You are so freaking cute" He smiled at me and gave me a short sweet kiss on the lips. Well it was at first anyways. It unexpectedly turned into a make out session. Oh man how did I get myself here. The kiss went from sweet and soft to rough and passionate. I brought my hands up to his neck and pulled him impossibly closer. His hands lingered on my waist as he played with the hem of my shirt. His lips moved so smoothly against mine and always in sync. He made me feel some type of way I couldn't explain. I heard someone's voice getting closer and pulled away. Joel pulled his self away from me and helped me sit back up. There we sat trying to regain our breath from what had just happened.
"Hey guys we're gonna go to the park, wanna come?" Yoandri said as he walked in with everyone else. Joel looked at me and I nodded my head.
"Yeah let me just grab my phone" He gave me a quick peck on the lips and got up to retrieve his phone. We earned a few groans from the boys which made me laugh.
"We'll just meet you there no one wants to see you two love birds being all intimate and stuff" Yoandri said as he gave me a kiss on the cheek and walked out of the room. Joel just looked at me and smiled wide. God he's so cute. He gave me quick wink and walked up to me. This boy got me feelin some typa way.
"Shall we go?"
"We shall" We both walked out the door. His hand naturally found fine and our fingers intertwined. It still gave me butterflies and set my whole body on fire, it was crazy to think that one small action from one simple boy could me make feel so amazing. I didn't know what I was beginning to feel for Joel but I was excited and eager to find out but none the less I was scared. I didn't want to get hurt.
