"Take out your text books and turned to page 103." said my English teacher Mrs. Fisher. I was a teachers pet. I know laugh it up but I like it. She lets me do whatever whenever if it's school policy I guess. Most kids say I'm good but I'm bad. I'm just the teachers pet to Mrs. Fisher but outside her class, I'm the complete opposite.
I'll take back, if they want to be rude but not if nothing happens. I'll even prank them if I'm dared to but not Mrs. Fisher. She's my favorite because she understands me. I just do what I'm told in class.
I heard a loud noise and I noticed it was the bell for 2nd period. Which for me and the crew was lunch. I loved this period, we have thirty minutes of freedom to talk and crap. But I kinda liked it because I can see someone. Meghan, I love lunch to meet up with Meghan and the rest of the crew. But mostly Meghan.
I walked to the cafeteria, for my lunch and sat down next to Meghan.
"Hey guys and girls!" I greeted cheerfully.I looked down after I said that because nobody responded not even Meghan. Why wasn't anyone talking to me? I tried again.
" Hey guys" I said.
Then Meghan responded saying" Hey Calum. When did you get here? "
I was literally hurt by this but I wasn't going to show that. I wanted to shout Like almost 20 minutes ago! But i decided to be nice." Oh you know just maybe a few minutes ago." I replied
"Okay" she said then added " I want an honest opinion, do you think that girl would go out with Ashton?".
I looked at where she pointed which was where Michelle Brown sat. She was pretty, smart, and pretty funny. I would date her if I wanted but I don't. So in my mind I was thinking yeah but then I remembered when Kenzie told me and Michael about her crush on Ashton. I couldn't see her cry, she doesn't cry a lot. She's like the mom, she takes care of us all even though she is the youngest of all of us by a few months. So I replied , " Nah, not a chance I don't think she is a good fit with Ashton."
Meghan nodded her head at this and continued talking with the rest of the crew. I sighed in relief to this matter because I would be in deep crap if I told her the truth. It would be World War 3 in this place.
I decided to join the conversation. I listened to what they were talking about. I knew the subject right then.
" Kellin Quinn is so great, he's legendary. Have you heard his voice?" said Taylor." I don't think Kellin Quinn is all that great." Ashton spoke up.
Kenzie gasped and then turned Ashton toward her and She blinked and said" Don't you ever disrespect Kellin Quinn like that. He is legendary and awesome. I don't want to hear those peasant words come from your pretty little lips okay? Okay. "
And with that she slapped a hand over her mouth and left to the library."Wow Kenzie told you off Ash." said Luke and Meghan at the same time. They high fived and laughed. Michael, Me and Belle stared at Ashton. Ashton blushed at the amount of people staring at him now. The whole grade almost was now staring at him. I hated to say it but I did.
" CAN ALL YOU PEOPLE MIND YOUR FREAKING BUSINESS!" Michael shouted at the staring kids.
I just sat there and sat thinking about Kellin Quinn and how proud he would be of all the kids standing up for him. And how hot it would be if he was standing here in front of me. That would be awesome. Omg too awesome, too awesome....... I wondered why Kenzie left like that. I got up and went to the library to go check on her. I walked through the library doors and I saw her reading a book. She was so distracted with the book that she didn't see me coming. I was standing right above her when I decided to talk to her."Hey Whatcha reading?" I asked. She jumped up a bit before replying.
"A book called fangirl by rainbow rowell."( Great Book tho)"Is it good?" I asked. She shrugged as a response. I tried to get together my words. Then I decided to start my interrogation.
"Why did you leave?" I asked. She looked at me and I saw hurt in her eyes. She had got bullied when we were little kids. I understood now. I just hugged her and we just sat there till the next ball rang. I felt satisfied with my life
