Delilah pov
I woke up to my ringtone 'Disconnected' by 5sos. Then I realized it was 12:00 p.m. Saturday afternoon, so I had to get up and get a shower. So I ran upstairs to my walk in closet to get my Green Day band tee and black leggings with my hy top converse so I could get ready by 6:00.
After I got out of the shower I quickly got dressed, then I put on light layer of concealer with winged eyeliner and some mascara. Then I layed around all day going through Twitter and Snapchat. As 5:30 approached I grabbed my phone and my purse and drove over to my bestfriend's house.
When I got there he was outside waiting for me and he was dressed formal but casual. He wore a white button up with a red tie with his black joggers and some low top Converse. " So my date is looking dashing as ever." I exclaimed with a giggle.
He says, "Well I always am, but you're looking gorgeous as ever m'lady."
With passion behind everything he says I start to blush. He's a weirdo I admit, but he's my weirdo. My thoughts are overtaking me as he bumps me to leave.
"Are you ready D?" He says with joy and happiness.
"Oh, yes let me text him first to tell him were on our way, ok?" I say sorta confused.
To JJ: We're on our way, see you in a bit cos :-)
I waited a couple minutes then I got an 'ok see ya' text so I replied 'ok' then I put my phone in my purse and we left to the party.
"So can we pretend that we're dating for the night?" I asked him in search of hope.
"Um.. Yeah sure?" He replied confused.
"Here. I'll explain, he sorta don't like people that are something else than straight. But I get that so I brought you along hoping you would say yes.?" I say hoping he says ok.
"I'd be more than happy to be your date Ms. Gregory." He replys with a smirk.
"You've never called me that before?" I said surprised.
"That's because we've never been on a date before." He said with happiness written on his forehead.
Hopefully he'll be mine someday. No, no I can't he's gay why do I have a crush on him?? My life is over. But seriously he's sorta sexy if you ask me.
