Alison POV
I hold my now stingy cheek staring at Hanna like a crazy person as Aria and Spencer hold her back from trying to hit me again.
"Hanna what the fuck is wrong. " I yell now standing on my feet .
"No what the fuck is wrong with you Alison. Emily is pregnant with your baby and you have the nerve to cheat on her with Sydney really Ali Sydney" she accused me.
What the hell is she talking about I never cheat on Emily I love her so much why would I hurt her like that.
"Hanna it's clear that you have clearly lost your fucking mind because i haven't even touched anyone else besides Emily" I yelled right in her face with my fist ball.
" Really because spencer and Emily saw you lock lips with Sydney today explain that cheater" Hanna spit out.
I gave her an confused face and shake my head " I don't know what you talking about I haven't even kiss Sydney " I say weakly.
"Ali Emily and I caught you kissing Sydney we witnessed it on the soccer Field,how could you be so selfish. Do you know she broke down in tears as soon ask she got in my car . You really hurt her I hope it was worth you wild" Spencer says bringing me to tears.
Could this be part of the reason why my beautiful girlfriend is lying in the hospital bed now,but they say something about a text could it be who I think it is.
"Bethany ",I barley say as a whisper
"What ?" They all say in unison
" you guys you have to believe me I would never want to hurt Emily in any type of why I love that girl," I say tears running down my face.
" but Ali they saw you kiss"Aria started. I can't stand to hear those lies." No that didn't happen,well not by me at least " I told them
They had an confuse expression on their face . To be honest I wouldn't too, if this wasn't the situation I was dealing with now.
" since i already know it wasn't me, it could only be my twin sister Bethany that I thought was dead. She's back and I think she's coming for me".i finished They stare at me like I grown another head.here comes this long ass story.

Alison sit by her girlfriend side, holding her hand and talking to her the whole time, even though she was still sedated, she hoped that Emily could hear her talking to her.
About 25minutes after the ultrasound, the doctor came by to check on her again.
"So the results of the lab were unclear , but I think I know what we're dealing with, so I'm going to run a few more tests, and we should know what's really going on within an hour ."
"Okay, thank you, Dr. Tan ." Alison said quietly as she watched the nurse take more blood from Emily
About 13 minutes after that, Ali felt Emily fingers twitch a little bit, and as she looked down at their interlocked hands, she could see her fingers starting to move a little bit.
"Em, babe, can you open your eyes for me?" Alison asked, as her eyes started to tear up again.
"Baby, I'm right here, just open your eyes for me, please." Alison begged, needing to talk to her girl and tell her how much she loves her.
Emily's eyelids starting twitching and then finally her beautiful big brown eyes opened and connected with Alison blue worried eyes.
"Hi, it's nice to have you back beautiful . Don't ever scared me like that again "Alison said as she stood up and placed a gentle kiss on Lips and tucked a piece of hair behind her ear.
"I love you so much, you know that, right?" Alison asked as she sat back down and grasped her Emily's hand again.
"I love you, too." Emily said quietly, and weakly as she looked around the room and then back at Alison .
"What happened?" She asked, still a little out of it, and completely confused as to why she was in a hospital bed.
"You were with Aria,Spencer and Hanna when they said that you were really pale and shaky and that you were in a lot of pain, so they brought you in." Alison explained to her girlfriend .
"What? The baby okay" Emily asked as she placed a shaking hand on her stomach and tears started to stream down her face.
"Not sure Because your blood work was kinda off, so they're doing more tests. We should know what's wrong in about an hour of so".
before Alison talked to her again, and it took a good 10 minutes before Emily finally stopped crying.
They had a light conversation when Emily ask Alison a question the room got silent.
"So how was practice today?"
"Umm It was fine".Alison said shit wrong answer, she thinks I cheated off of her when I didn't.as she covered her face with her hands.
"Hmm I bet it was that was some kiss Alison".Emily shout Alison shakes her head."Em baby I will explain everything later. It not what you think "
" explain what? how your lips touch another woman. Dammit Alison how could you do this to us we supposed to be a family remember" she says glaring with tears rolling down her face".
"Em I" Alison start but was cut off with a slap,damn again she thought.
"I loved you Ali". Alison heart literally broke.When Alison was about to say something Dr. Tan walked in.
"Hello, Ms.Fields It's nice to see you awake and alert, how are you feeling?"
"I still feel a little nauseous and I have a headache, but I feel better than I did earlier.she said side eyeing Alison
"I'm sure you do. So I just got the second set of labs back." He said as his face became more serious.
"How bad is it?" Emily asked.
"It's not good." Dr. Tan answer
