Liv carefully closed the book, and softly kissed their burning foreheads. She tip toed through the room, trying not to alarm the girls. She let out a relieving breath as she closed the door behind her.
Olivia laid in her bed staring at the ceiling. She turned to her side, her eyes glanced at the clock. "12:48" She had so many things on her mind, it was overwhelming . A serial rapist was out on the streets, but that wasn't the least of her worries.
She sat up in her bed, and started to chew her nail. Thinking about what Elliot could be doing right now, or who he's doing. She didn't want to admit it, but she had second thoughts about marrying him. It was so quick, one day he comes back next thing you know they're married with 3 kids. Olivia always had that thought, "What if I didn't marry him. What if I said no" but of course make her feel guilty. She had beautiful kids with him, two of which looks exactly like their father.
And Noah, oh her beautiful Noah. She loved him more than anything in the world, her children are her world. Olivia's heart dropped as she believed that Tess and Callie were the only reason why they're still together. She tried to scan through her memories, and tried to remind herself why she said "I love you"or why she said "I do"
He was there in the beginning, he cared for her, he loved her, Loved her.
"He was my everything, all I wanted was him. All I needed was him, then he left".
For years she didn't hear from him, not a single thing. Then out of the blue, here he is.
She toned herself back into the present
Olivia turned her head to her night stand, the clock was staring directly at her. Mocking her.
"12:55"
"Maybe I'm just being paranoid? He won't cheat. He's not that kinda person. He loves me" she thought to herself
Olivia leaned back into her mattress, the variety of pillows carefully caught her. Twisting and turning until she had that perfect spot. Olivia took a deep breath before closing her eyes.
"I'm just being paranoid"
