A date?

It was now 8:00 in the morning so Raven knew that everyone was awake. She decided to leave her room and go to the kitchen to expect breakfast

The first thing that Raven saw when she got in there was another fight of what to eat for breakfast.

Cyborg noticed Raven being there and he knew something that she couldn't resist " Rae, you want some waffles? I know you love them!" He yelled

"I love them more than life itself" She said seriously

"Alright! Waffles for breakfast coming up!" He yelled and started cooking

"So Raven, why don't we go out today. I know lots of different places. We can go to the movies, the park, or your favorite bookstore." He smiled

"I guess if there is nothing important today" Raven said and looked over at Robin. He gave a nod saying no about that and Raven looked back at Beast Boy

"I'll go. When are we leaving?"

"After breakfast if that's fine with you"

"That's fine" She then heard a squeal of excitement from Starfire

"Friend Beast Boy and Raven are going out on the date!" She yelled and gave both of them a 'death hug'

"S-Star can't breathe" Beast boy mumbled and tried breathing

Starfire let go of the both of them. "Sorry friends." She had a blush of embarrassment on her cheeks

"Starfire, I-I don't know if it's a date" Raven said nervously "Wait, is it" she asked Beast Boy

"You can say it in whatever way you like but I'm calling it a date!" He said allowed which got Cyborgs attention

"Yo breakfast is done!" Cyborg said and put a large plate of waffles on the table but then glared at Beas Boy

"Can I talk to you for a minute BB?" Cyborg said sternly

"Uh yea Cy what is it?" Beast Boy was then pulled out into the hallway by Cyborg

"Listen BB, you need to be careful with my 'little sister'. She has already been through one heart break and I couldn't stand to see her that way.Also that whole deal with Slade that she refuses to say what happened. I trust you Garfield. Don't hurt her and don't do anything stupid"

Raven told him what that meant and he shivered at that idea. Beast boy also knew that cyborg was serious when he called him his real name

"Cy listen, I wouldn't do such a thing. Raven is different from the most people that I've met. If we are a thing in the future, the only way that we would be through is her dumping me"

Cyborg gives a light smile "good and just between you and me... Try to see if you can find out what happened to Raven. All of us are worried sick about her."

"I don't want to make her feel uncomfortable about that again. I'll wait for a while until I ask" Beast Boy said seriously

Cyborg then sighed with a smile "now why don't we get something to eat"

"I like that idea!" Beast Boy then ran to the kitchen and grabs a plate of waffles

Raven already finished her food so she got up and grabbed one of her nearby books in the living room

"What was that about?" Raven asked Cyborg curiously

"It's fine Rae don't worry about it" Cyborg said with a smirk

Raven sighed and sat on the couch.

Beast Boy finishes eating and sat next to her. He held out one of her arms but Raven jerked it away

"What are you doing?" She asked

"I was checking to see if there was anymore cuts but look! All of them are gone" He whispered which made Raven shiver when she remembered her old "problem"

"I can heal remember" she rolled her eyes and looked away from beast boy

"Friends what are you talking about?" Starfire asked

"Nothing" both of them said at the same time

"Rae,I'll be at your room at noon. That's when we will leave." He whispered in her ear and grabbed one of the video game controllers.

Beast Boy and Cyborg started to play video games for a while and Raven continued to read. Since it was so loud in the living room, she went back to her room for reading and meditation
