"Friendly" Encounters

The beast didn't care if it was broad daylight. He knew one place that Slade wouldn't find them. The sewers. (Btw it's the same place at the sewers from "The Beast Within")

Raven could barely move. Slade had reminded her about everything that happened. She was also shocked. The Beast was there again and it saved her from Slade.

The Beast gently set Raven down and looked at her. You could see the worry in his eyes. Beast Boy was still in there.

Raven noticed this. She knew that he was there. All she wanted to do is help him after he saved her.

"B-Beast Boy... I know you're there." She spoke which immediately got the Beast's attention. He curled up next to Raven and held her close.

"Thank you... Gar" She replied and snuggled up to the Beast. She was cold and scared but the beast was there so she felt safer.

They laid there for one hour but The Beast felt some type of presents.

He started to look around and he growled which definitely got Raven's attention.

"What's wrong" She asked but suddenly knew. Three shadows where at the opposite side of that sewer area.

The Beast got up and stood infront of Raven. He thought that the figures where a threat to her so he tried to attack.

"Titans GO!" One of them yelled but Raven already knew I that it was Robin. Along with Cyborg and Starfire.

They had a plan like always. Two of them would be the bait while one of them would go for Raven.

Cyborg used his cannons try and make sure that Starfire could get to Raven but that didn't happen.

The Beast immediately jumped over to Starfire and threw her to a wall. He let out a large growl.

Robin ran over to Starfire but found that she was unconscious. This made him slightly angry. He threw a few smoke bombs at the Beast so that he couldn't see.

Now was the chance. Cyborg ran over to Raven and picked her up. He noticed the bruises and scars which made him think that the Beast did this.

Robin and Starfire ran to the beast. Robin attacked him with his staff and Starfire used her starbolts.

The Beast was struck with pain and roared in agony.

It noticed that Cyborg was near Raven and the Beast ran to them at full speed.

The Beast threw Cyborg at a wall and stood infront of Raven.

The three Titans jumped at the Beast but was stopped when Raven got up and stood between them and the Beast.

"Stop! Beast Boy is still in there. He didn't hurt me. He saved me" She said calmly and looked at the other Titans with pleading eyes

"Raven... What happened? Why would friend beast boy turn into this again?" Starfire replied

The Beast growled but Raven looked at him and relaxed him.

"It was Slade... He came back and nearly killed me which made Beast Boy snap" Raven said and stroked the beast's fur which got him to completely relax.

Raven's words put the three other Titans in shock. Slade hadn't been seen since the return of Raven.

"So those wounds aren't from Beast Boy?" Cyborg asked and Raven nodded. Saying Yes

"We need to get back to the tower but the Beast might try hurting us" Robin said with seriousness

"He won't. Trust me I'll make sure that something like that doesn't happen" Raven told Robin and looked at the Beast.

"Why don't he just change back" Cyborg said

"He can't at the moment. He still feel like there is something dangerous and all he wants to do is make sure that I'm not hurt" Raven then walked over to the other Titans and showed that she would be fine. She then told the Beast to follow all of them back to the tower.

All of them went on there way back home but during this, the Beast was still cautious of Raven's safety
