All the lights went out within one second, except for one single room. This one was lighting up the whole corridor with bright and shining light.
"Is...Is it ready now?"
"Just wait goddammit! Be patient please."
"Okay, just calm down now"
The doctor was giving his assisstant a cold look through his clean glasses. Then he continued doing his work like usual. "So...", said the assissant. "Are you sure you can make this one follow all of your rules and commands?"
"I am, just wait a moment." The doctor stood harsh. "I am sure that it will work this time. I'll try a stronger program for him now. Project C47 will be a special one. He's absoulutely not like his sister."
The assisstant gave him a questioning look. "Just give me the electro-chip.", said the doctor and streched out his hand, in which the chip was placed a few seconds after. He continued.

"He's done now." The doctor stepped aside. He had an evil smile on his face, then turned around and pushed his assisstant out of the room, leaving his project alone. "You can have a break. We just have to wait for C47 to wake up, then we can start is training. Make it harder this time." Then he gave him a key. "Go get some coffee. I'll be outide to take a little walk."
"Okay, thank you, Dr. Elbeys."
Afer these words the assisstant vanished in the next hallway. Dr.Elbeys stood there for a moment, looked back to his project and then went off to the exit.

He changed clothes, put his bloody operation robe into the dirty laundry and opened the giant glass door to go out. "Finally some fresh air.", he mumbled and took a look at the clean white-silver shining streets and buildings. You could see the giant glassy skyscrapers and different, modern houses. All of them were white and some with other personal accessoires. Some people who walked past the doctor, greeted him respectfully and put down their hats, if some had one. Elbeys grinned and clean white and sharp teeth could be seen. Almost too perfect. He was glad to be that successfull in this Nation and went off to the market, where his brother was working. But as soon as he arrived, no one was there and he started looking around to spot his brother somewhere. 'Where could he be now?', he thought and opened the door to his brother's stand. But no one was there.

Dr.Elbeys started to panic. 'He is always there at this time!', he thought and ran to the street nearby. The people walking on there started to worry but before they could have been asking him anything, he already ran to the next street.

It was taking him half an hour, then Dr. Elbeys could not run anymore, he was just too tired. He started to walk as fast as he could and finally spotted a dark-grey figure lying on the ground. It was covered in blood. The doctor stopped. "No...", he whispered. His eyes got wider and filled with tears. "No!", he screamed and ran to his unconsious brother. "No, wake up! You can't leave me like this Void!", he shouted while tears were running down his muzzle and glasses. He wanted to lift him up, but then suddenly, he moved.

Void jumped up, pushed the doctor forward and blood was running down his eyes and mouth. "H...Hel...", he started but didn't finish. His eyes were wide open and filled with fear.
"Just...", he whispered.
"Hey, calm down."
"N..No, the..."
"The what? Tell me!"
"The... En...
"The end?"
His brother's face came closer to the doctor's. Dr. Elbeys stepped a bit back, he was filled with fear. Then Void opened his mouth, warm, sticky blood was dripping on the doctor's face. His brother's breath was cold and he shivered heavily. He closed his eyes. "The end is near.", he whispered. But before Dr. Elbeys could say anything, his bother passed out again. Filled with mixed feelings and breathing heavily, he looked at his younger brother. "The end is near... Void, what were you doing?" After these words he lifted up his brother and walked back to his laboratory.

"Hey... wake up. Please." The doctor sat down on a chair next to his brother's operation table. "You can't leave me like this... Just no...", he whispered and embed his face into his hands. But suddenly, he saw something move. He looked up and saw something: Voids heart was pounding! "Void!", he screamed and stood up. Void gasped and he looked like he was normal again.
"Wh...What happened?"
"You... You've been passing out."
"Really? Why am I covered in blood?"
"It's yours. You vomited blood, it was also streaming down your eyes and nose."
"What?!"
"But everything is normal now, so calm down!"
"Okay, I'll try."
Dr.Elbeys stared at his younger brother. He smiled with glee in his eyes. Then he plaited his arms around his brother and hugged him. "I was so worried..." He closed his eyes and let out a big sigh.
"How are you anyway?"
"Better I think."
"You think?"
"No, actually normal."
"Good."
The doctor let go of his brother and brought a huge glass of water. "Drink.", he said. Void reached out for the glass and took a big gulp. He gave the nearly empty glass back to his brother and stood up. "I have to work now anyway. Thanks for everything.", he said and went out of the room. Dr.Elbeys watched Void leaving and then started cleaning up all the blood. "What a mess...", he mumbled and finished cleaning the last bloodstains. He went to his office and looked into a mirror nearby. Just a normal doctor with a blind eye on the right. Light-grey fur and an ice-blue eye. His glasses were sitting on his snout, kind of away from his eyes.
"Wait a second..." He went nearer. "When I can bring the dead back to life, then I can replace this damn blind eye." Dr.Elbeys smirked and took off his glasses. He took a scalpel and walked up to the mirror again. "That will change everything."

He put his scalpel near the blind eye. Elbeys took a large breath, stabbed his right eye with it and was filled with pain. But he smiled, wider and wider. Then he started to laugh hysterically and cut the eye completely out. He looked at his hands, these were covered in blood and he dropped the scalpel. He grabbed the mechanical eye, which was lying nearby. He put it into is bloody eyesocket and felt the mechanics impact his brain. After that he saw more than usual. "Finally!", he laughed. He looked into the mirror again. His entire face was covered in blood and his right eye was metallic now, with a glowing, red point in the middle. He smiled and cleaned everything before anyone could see all the blood.
