NCIS Sleepover

Chapter 6: Hide and Seek

Abby stood up from the couch and stretched. She suddenly smiled.

"Guys, do you know what we should totally do right now? She asked, beaming.

They all asked what she had in mind.

"Hide and Seek in the dark! Abby said excitedly.

Everyone agreed to play.

"Ok, Tony is the seeker. When he finds you, he has to tag you". Abby explained. "You can hide anywhere. Nowhere is off-limits".

Everyone nodded, and Tony faced the wall and started counting. Abby and McGee scattered, and went in opposite directions. Abby hid in the coat closet, and McGee ran upstairs. Ziva, however, quietly opened the sliding doors to Abby's backyard and slipped outside. Little did she know that Tony heard the glass sliding doors open and close. He smiled.

"My little ninja is good, but not that good". He thought to himself. He stopped counting, and within minutes, he found Abby. McGee was harder to find, but Tony eventually found him in Abby's bathroom. Tony made sure that he didn't tag Abby and McGee. He wanted to tag Ziva first so she had to seek.

"Time to get my little ninja". He thought to himself as he made his way to the backyard.

"Ziva!" Tony shouted. "I know you're out here. I already found Abby and McGee, so the game is over. You win!" He shouted into the darkness.

Ziva came running towards Tony from the patio.

"Who's the next seeker?" She asked, still running to meet Tony.

"You will be!" Tony shouted, and ran towards her.

Ziva, suddenly realizing that she had been tricked, started to run away. Tony, however was faster, and picked her up. She shrieked and laughed as he threw her over his shoulder. She kicked out at him, but Tony pinned her legs down with his arm.

"Tony!!!" Ziva yelled at him. "Let me go!" She laughed some more.

"Let me think". Tony said, pretending to think. "Ummm nope! Don't think so". He ran inside, but still didn't set Ziva down.

Abby and McGee ran over to Ziva, and tried to help her down from Tony's shoulder. McGee grabbed Ziva's arms to balance her while Abby was pulling at Ziva's legs. Tony just gripped Ziva tighter.

"No! No! Me want Ziva to stay!" Tony growled. "Me want Ziva".

Abby and McGee grinned at each other.

"Tony..." Abby said. "If you let Ziva go, I'll tell you want you dropped outside".

Tony thought about it for a minute. "Me set down Ziva now". He growled.

He let Ziva slide down his body, and onto the floor.

"Ok Abby, show me". Tony said, returning to his normal voice.

Abby stepped outside and pointed to a patch of grass a little ways away from the sliding door. Tony walked over to the patch of grass and knelt down. Nothing. Nothing was there. He turned around to face Abby, but then he saw Abby running inside, and Ziva closing and locked the sliding door. Tony ran over to the locked glass door, and pounded at the door with his fist.

"Let me in!" He shouted at them.

He could see Abby and McGee doubled over in laughter. He then saw Ziva mouthing the word "Dance" at him.

"Dance?!" Tony exclaimed.

Ziva nodded, and Abby straighten up.

"Like this". Abby said through the sliding door, and started to boogie".

After a few minutes of coaxing, Tony finally boogied. When he finished, Abby unlocked the door, and he stumbled inside.

"It is freezing outside!" He exclaimed, and rubbed his arms.

Ziva made a pouty face at him. "Poor baby". She said.

Tony made a face at her.

"C'mon guys, no fighting". McGee said to Ziva and Tony. "It's three in the morning. Let's get some sleep".

Abby pulled out a full sized air mattress, and laid it on the friend next to the two couches. "Who wants to sleep on the mattress, and who wants to sleep on the couch?" She asked.

"I'll sleep on the mattress, Abby". Ziva said. "I sleep better on the floor than the couch".

"Me too". Tony said. "You and McGoo can take the couch".

After they all got settled, Abby turned off the lights. Within minutes, Abby and McGee fell asleep.
