2 months later
everything ached on namjoon's body. he just laid in the pile of blood that was pooling around his body. he just pissed off a bunch of thugs, but he didn't care.
he thought that by now that the aching in his heart would go away by now, but his mind ceased to stop reminding of every moment he and his ex had.
he struggled to lift himself from the concrete and finally settled himself on his two feet, dragging himself to his house.
when he reached his house, he noticed a moving truck and men carrying boxes into the house that was next door.
one in particular stood out—he was tall and lanky with broad shoulders. the brown hair on his head was messy, but cute. he couldn't necessarily see his eyes, but his lips were pink and plump. his eyes were focused on the mover's as he struggled to pick up a box in particular.
namjoon just kept dragging himself to his front door, taking his key and unlocked the front door. he pushed the door open with a painful sigh. his ribs were aching and he was pretty sure that his nose and forehead was bleeding heavily. he wondered how he looked as he walked on the street, looking as if he walked straight out of a horror movie, as he walked to his room, closing the front door behind him.
the familiar smell of beer and weed met him as he collided with his bed sheets. he winced and placed the ice pack he had got before making his way to his room on his injuries.
he was slowly succumbing to his demons and was completely fine with it.
how could one girl make him feel so worthless?
