Good news! I already lost 2 pounds! All I had to do was not eat breakfast of dinner, and have lettuce and tomatoes for lunch. This diet is going great!

Today, while searching the Internet I realized it would help if I added daily running to my agenda. So I woke up early this morning, and fought through the struggle of running a mile after you have just woken up.

Note to Self: Wake up 30 minutes before you run, it will give you time to warm up.

By the way, the Internet also showed me a great thing I'm going to start tomorrow. The ABC diet! It will help me lose weight fast, so I don't have to suffer through this for long. In 50 days, starting tomorrow, I'll look so beautiful Elaine can do nothing but compliment me! Wish me luck!
