Day 3 of my ABC Diet! Today was harder, since I had to cut 200 calories out of my diet, but I survived! Elaine make a joke about me looking paler today, but that's nothing make-up can't fix!

In other news, I found a way to lose weight and still fill full. I haven't gotten used to the hunger pangs yet, but I should be after around Day 17 of the ABC Diet. Anyways, if you eat a lot of small calorie things, you'll feel fuller. ADVANTAGE: When people see you eating all those things, it doesn't come across there mind that you're doing the ABC Diet.
