Everything has Changed

Part 11

-Sasuke's POV-

"Sakura hold on! We're gonna get you to the hospital!" I said to Sakura lifting up her head.

She smiled again, "Thank you...." she said and closed her eyes.

My body sat there frozen.............

Numb

Shocked

My mind begged her to tell me she was just kidding and wake up once again.

I know that, that is seriously far from what is really going to happen.

"Sasuke! Come on! We need to get Sakura-chan to the hospital!" Naruto shouted at me.

I still sat there frozen and shook up.

I know any of you would have been pacing up and down the hallways of the hospital by now.

I just................ well, didn't encounter anything like this before.

To me Sakura is....................... like one of the things that make my life as it is.

Full of life.

Every moment of it was simply perfect.

 It's like....... heaven.

Then, I was snapped out of my thoughts by Naruto suddenly carrying Sakura on his back.

"SASUKE! COME ON! WE GOT TO GET SAKURA-CHAN TO THE HOSPITAL!" he shouted.

With that I was at my feet and Naruto and I were rushing Sakura to the hospital.

When we all arrived there, we were told to just wait by the corridors.

Naruto felt really restless pacing left to right on the corridors.

I on the other hand decided to remain my composure you know just to show that I can handle situations like this calmly.

But deep inside me I was so restless I could walk around the hospital and come back in seconds!

Soon, our much awaited event has happened, we were allowed to visit Sakura now.

Naruto and I wasted not even a second and took off running to her room.

After a few seconds we arrived at her room.

Naruto was the first one to enter the door while I quietly trailed behind.

When we entered, Sakura was already sitting up of her bed, she grinned when she saw us.

Naruto hurriedly rushed to her side, "Sakura-chan are you alright?"

She laughed "Of course I am!" she said and laughed like nothing really happened.

Then, after a while she caught my eye.

"Sasuke, are you coming in or not?" she asked.

So, I went her silently.

"Sasuke? What's the matter?" she asked.

"Why?" I said.

"What?" she replied with confusion.

"Why are you acting as if nothing happened?"

"Well, it was the past..... You need to move on you know. The past is the past," she replied.

Then, there was silence.

"Anyway, thank you guys! I thought I'd be a goner!" said Sakura breaking it.

"No problem Sakura- chan!" replied Naruto.

"Why are you thanking us when you get seriously beaten?" I protested.

"Sasuke....... well, my point is that if both you and Naruto didn't come then I wouldn't be here talking to you right now am I right?" she asked smirking.

"Oh," was all I can say.

I guess I didn't think of it that way.

Then all of us ended laughing for no reason.

What craziness is this?

Well, anyway, I am really glad that Sakura is better now.

So, since we didn't really want to be late for class we all ran to school.

Just like we always did.

Happily.

Free of problems.
