my name's violet why? it pretty much beats me i have hazel eyes and black hair, brownish tan skin and pink lips nothing about me is violet and when i ask my parents about it they just get this knowing smile like we're in on a sick unfunny joke like you where made in a hotel room called the violet room or something sick and gross like that so back to my story i've always been a weird child my parents looked nothing like me i looked black while my parents both looked white and when i ask my mom she promises that my dad is my dad, secondly i have like this feeling about anyone i meet like i could meet someone and the color pink comes to me which signals innocence, flirtation and zeal and when i get to know that person that's just what the have lastly and the weirdest i can control peoples minds it started when i was 5 and in kindergarten and the teacher said 'vi go to time out' and i said snapply back 'no you go to time out' and then Mrs. daisy stood up and went to the time out spot almost like she was in a trance but let's get on to the story

it all started on a normal Tuesday i was humming accidentally in love as i got ready for school.On went a white v neck my plaid green vest gray dangly necklace and earring and black skinny jeans accompanied with silver gladiators and a gray Fedora

"vi you can't go to school today" mom yelled from downstairs" we have something important to tell you about"

"i have to go to school today's chin chin day"and also the day i tell Scott Thompson that i have a crush on him since third grade

"it's important just tell Scott about it tomorrow" mom yelled back did i also mention my mom could read minds i didn't? well silly me

"ugh mom you suck" i yell down knowning she knew i was joking

"yeah munchkin how else did you get on this earth?" yes my mom just made a sex joke it creeps me out but still makes me laugh

" i'll be down in like five to maybe ten minutes" i yell rushing to do everything i need so that i could sweet talk my dad to letting me go to school

"and your father will not let you sweet talk him i made sure of that" my mom yelled damn you reading mind thing i mentally scream

"i heard that" mom yelled

"i'm sure you did" i say as i walk downstairs smiling at my mom who i loved with my whole heart

"we have company" she murmured as she lead me to the living room which we never used unless people who we wanted to impress was there but what the hell are they doing here at seven in the morning?

so mom and i walked into the living room to meet the snotty rich people my dad had to deal with in his line of work he's an architect and a damn good one at that

"be nice" mom mumbled as we enter

"when am i never nice?" i mummer back so the snots as i nicely call them instead of the selfish greedy douche bags i wish to call them ,can't hear me

i enter to see dad sitting across from a handsome man with brown hair and brown eyes no more then like 49 next to a beautiful blond with sparkling green eyes and dimples and next to them is a scowling but still hot guy no older then eighteen which is two then my sixteen of age

dad then stood up along with everyone except for the scowler who just glared at me with pure hate

"sweetie these are the Koiras"dad said smiling

"so the dogs in finnish?" i ask curious weirded out that i knew that

"yes exactly not many know that child" the woman said as her voice sounded like soft gentle breeze so she was like her vibe she felt like jade a woodsy innocent gem her husband was teal classy and fun but the boy was the most unusual it spoke rainbow like every color from fun to moody from jerk to sweet from violent to innocent making me gawk at him

"this is my husband ben and my son dare i am natilee" the woman continued showing perfect pearly whites

"i'm violet"i said sweetly already loving the woman

"so vi we have to tell you something" my dad spoke up

"please sit" i said not demanding but still ordering as they sat

"so vi we have to tell you this first" dad took a deep breath" you are a vampire princess"

i pondered this for a moment before speaking out "but i'm on team Jacob" not really i hate twilight but still

the guy cracked a smile making him light up and holding me in a small trance

"yeah always with the humor secondly" dad said dryly" you are a princess, princess of all the vampires of the world to be exact next to your cousin in Georgia ,Xavier you both hold half the key to royalty"

"oh interesting i suck blood and read mind and run really fast and glitter in the sun" i tease

"vi i'm being serious and lastly you have to marry dare here because he is prince of the werewolves" dad ended

"yeah and i have a monkey named bubo which really would be cool except when he would throw sh-"

"violet" mom snapped

"i'm sorry for my almost barbaric language" i say instantly in a bored tone because like it may seem this sort of thing always happens,causing hot scowler to grin again but wider this time

"vi i'm being serious you have to take throne in two months so we can dethrone the evil witches that overthrew my brother and to fight them we must join with the weres" dad said seriously

i just walk up to dad and started to inspect his face

"what are you doing?" dad snapped confused

"i'm trying to find out what illegal substance you are on because you only have one brother and his name is ted and he owns a used car dealership " i say slowly like he's high or something

" vi knock it off you need to be serious about this" dad snapped" the summer solstice is coming up in less then four months we need rulers by then or else the demons that are trapped in hades underworld will escape and kill everyone"

"daddy you're starting to scare me" i whimper" we aren't vampires please snap out of this"

"he's telling the truth we must hurry"Ben spoke in the British accent that they all had

"i faint at blood and i love the sun we aren't vampires" i reason

"well you will be married and the throne needs a heir so yeah" dad said as Ben nodded making me and dare look at each other as dare smirked and i blush
