"I'm fine." He nodded buckling Angel into her seat. He climbed back to the front and began to drive. The ride was silent. We got back home. "Go inside I'll do something with the body." I got out getting Angel.
"Mommy I'm scared." "I know mommy is to." I said taking her inside. "I'll make you some chocolate milk while you watch tv." "I don't want anything I feel like I'm g-" she got up and ran to the bathroom throwing up her breakfast.
"You're okay." I said rubbing her back. She got up and I cleaned her lips. I herd Derek come in. "Go play." She walked to her room. I walked up to Derek. "Derek why... You know Angels not gonna go to sleep for days months even.... And you thought we where in trouble but now that boss is gone all hell is going to brake lose. " "I've got this, is she ok?" "No Derek you scared her so much she's throwing up."
"Shit." "Derek you already knows she's under wait for her age." "Stop just let me think."
..........later that night
Derek thought but the only idea he came up with was skipping the country. I can't sleep but I really need to so I check in Angel who is surprisingly sleeping. Then I head back to the bathroom and take my sleeping pills. Going to sleep within minutes.
............in the morning
I wake up to Derek snoring. I walk down the hall to angels room. She's not there i go and check the bathroom. Nothing. I run back to her room. I look around. There's a note under her blanket. I read. "BIG MISTAKE DEREK. I HOPE YOU MISS YOUR DAUGHTER AS MUCH AS I MISS MY DAD!" I closed the note looking over to the open window. Letting a year slip.
