Riley's POV
Since the Masquerade Prom is tomorrow I have to act fast...so I walked towards Missy with a fake smile, "Hi Missy." I said.
She turned around and raised her eyebrows, "Hi Riley?" she asked more then said.
"So, I feel really bad about how I kissed Maya and she's my best friend and if she loves you...then I love you..wait that sounded wrong." I said and she laughed.
"I get it, your right." She said, I did another fake smile.
"So, are you taking Maya to the Masquerade Prom?" I asked her.
"Yeah, I have to treat my girl right you know?" She asked and I nodded.
"Oh yeah, so we should show how much good friends we are and wear the same hairstyle." I told her and she nodded.
"That sounds amazing, I think Maya will love it." She said and I nodded.
"Yeah but let's keep it a surprise...it'll be a night we all can't forget." I said hiding a smirk.
"I know, I have plans for tonight." She said blushing, I raised a eyebrow and held back vomit.
"Well that sounds great...man I need a date." I said.
"Oh how about Charlotte Dilerentis?" She asked and I raised an eyebrow.
"Yeah...no." I said and she giggled.
"I think I'll take Aria." I said and she nodded.
"Isn't she dating Spencer?" She asked me.
"No, you didn't hear? Spencer broke up with Aria for Caleb...she's been kind of sad about it lately." I explained and she had a sad look.
"Tell her I'm sorry about that." She said and I nodded.
"So I'll see you later." I said and she nodded.
"Bye...oh and I think this'll be the start of something great." Missy said to me walking away.
"Totally." I said then she gave me a smile and turned around. As soon as she turned around I rolled my eyes and opened up my locker.
"Hey what were you doing talking my girlfriend?" Maya said closing my locker before I got to put anything in it.
"Thanks for closing my locker." I said sarcastically.
"Answer my question Matthews." She said grabbing the straps of my suspender dress and pulling me close.
"You might want to back off on me, I just befriended your girlfriend and she might not be happy about this positron. Especially what I'll do afterwards if you continue this." I say smirking, she lets go and rolls her eyes.
"What do you mean 'befriended my girlfriend'?" She asked ignoring my last comment.
"I just talked to her and told her how I was sorry about kissing you and that if you really love her then I should be friends with her." I said and she had a look as if she was trying to figure out if I was lying.
"I promise you Maya, I didn't say anything bad." I said to her and she nodded.
"Good, and thank you." She said to me and I smiled. I then saw Aria and smirked.
"Now if you excuse me...I have to ask someone to prom." I told her and walked off, with my backpack.
