Tear stained cheeks
Wrists stained red
Rags with blood
And a blade beside my bed

Mom walks in
Screamed in fear
Her little girl
Is no longer here

She picks up the girl
Hugging her tight
Repeating the words
"Everything will be alright"

But the girl did not hear
She was already gone
Her mom has memories
That will always be dwelled on...

The dad didn't care
He was to busy drinking
Her mom slipped to addiction
While her brother was left thinking

He felt alone,
He picked up her blade
He layed in her bed
With his blood running away
"I'm not alone anymore" was his last words

Now theyre together
Up in the sky
Shining as stars
In the moonlit sky

The looked down in awe
And seen what they caused
What the hell had they done
Look at all they have cause

Mom has a needle
Numbing get pain
Dads in his shed
Drinking away

Theyre spirits came down
And spoke their kin
And told them sit down
They had words for them

The spirits spoke out
Moms crying on her knees
She knows her kids loves her
And stops with her "needs"

Dad rises to his feet and goes to the shed
Lights up a match
and throws it ahead

The children were pleased
So they rised back up
After telling mom and dad
"Jus look up at the stars when your in a rut"
