The next three weeks went by smoothly. Uellie and Aiden had become the new topic of gossip for the week. To their surprise after their public showing many people came up to them and asked them how they got together. Aiden was annoyed by all the attention but it didn't seem to bother Uellie much. She just smiled and answered the questions they had to the best of her ability. Sometimes she thought she was too nice. After all, their relationship was non of the schools business.

Their school routines hand not changed much, like everything else in their lives. Uellies mom was filled with joy knowing her daughter was happy. It inspired her to try dating again. After all it has been eleven years since the death of her late husband. The process was slow but she was willing to participate and open up her heart little by little.

May was Uellie's favorite month because she loved the number five. Her and Aiden had become exeptionally close. They had went on many dates since the one back in march. Aiden's mother swore the two were in love. It was now third block winch Aiden and Uellie shared. Math had become Aiden's favorite subject because of Uellie. She made the subject enjoyable and he loved every minute of it. As of now Aiden hands were tangling her hair.

"Aiden stop" Uellie laughed softly prying his hands out of her head.

"Its just so beautiful, the texture is my favorite part." he replied

astonished.

"I know you've told me many times." The two laughed. A wave of something passed through Aiden causing him to jilt in a frenzy.

"you okay baby?" Uellie asked Aiden concerned.

"Yeah, i'm fine." he says looking her way. Another jolt races through Aiden causing him to fall on the floor. He starts to shake uncontrollably.

Uellie's eyes begin to water as she watches. He was having a seizure

"call an ambulance" she shouts to the nearest person crouching on the floor next to Aiden. Many people surround watch the scene, some are shouting for help. Mrs. Yeild runs over to her student and levels his head with a near by jacket.

The  ambulance arrives shortly after and stabilizes Aiden after. They lift the lean boy on the stretcher and carry him out the school.

Tears are streaming down Uellies face by this time. She still cant believe the event that took place. She calls Aiden's parents to inform them of what's going on as well as her mom to come get her. 

It's 1:54PM by the time Uellie and her mother get to the hospital. The sadness had taken over Uellies face making her stress show.

"Its alright baby" her mother reassured her only daughter. "He's a strong young man"

The two check in with an curly haired asian nurse sitting a the front desk. "Aiden Renolds please" she tells the employee.

After they receive their stickers the mother and daughter take the elevator up to the 4th floor where Aiden's room is located. When they reach the room Aiden's parents are sitting talking to their sun. She instantly smiles and runs in the room.

"Don't you ever scare me like that again!" she yells making everyone glance her way.

"I was going to tell you baby, I promise I was." Aiden speaks weakly.

"Tell me what?" she gives him a confused look.

"I have cancer." One sentence sends Uellies world crashing down. Her knee's buckle under her and she goes flying towards the floor in tears. The message knocked the wind out of her.

"BABY!" Aiden screamed concerned

"Don't" was the only word she could manage to get out. Her mother came running her way to help her child up. She knew her heart was heavy.

Mr. and Mrs. Renolds sent her sympathetic looks. It took a while for Uellie to gather herself because she was so distraught.

"Can y'all give us a minute" she asks the parents in the room.

"Sure honey" Mrs. Renolds states, gathering the adults in the room and heading out.

Aiden braced himself for yelling and the screaming but it never came. He wanted a reaction out her.

"It's not your fault" Uellie walked towards the bed and sat on it being sure not to hurt him. "Are you ok? Foreal this time?"

"I will be" He smiles wearily.

"Why didnt you tell me, why did you wait for me to.." she trails off not finishing her sentence.

"Wait for you to what?" he asks her, not sure why she was talking so quiet.

"Fall in love with you" Uellie replied in a hush whisper. Aiden was speechless for the first time in a long time. His quick witted humor couldn't save him now.

"you love me?" he asks, digesting the words. Love is such a compelling emotion. He then fell into deep thought, did he feel the same way? He would do anything for Uellie. He felt strongly for her. They had a bond that no one would ever break. Her beauty and positive attitude towards anything radiated off her. Aiden was proud to say he'd become a better person to her. He loved Uellie.

"I'm in love with you too Uellie Waters. Not just your physical physic but who you are as a person. Yes, you are gorgeous and my eyes are blessed every time I look at you but theres more to you than looks. You're such an amazing person. You're nice to everyone you meet and you have such a genuine spirit. You lift me up when I'm around you, I feel like I'm on cloud nine." He paused to let air into his lungs.

"I love you Uellie."
