"So...how do I look?" India asked her room mate Asia as she spun around in a circle.
"You look really nice. That outfit looks hot on you," Asia said with a smile as she gave India an ounce over with a smile of her approval.
India had on a red and gold Prada romper with the match sandals and purse. Her hair was pulled up into a messy bun with spiral curls hanging from the side and the back of her neck.
"Thanks, chica. You don't look too bad yourself," India said with a smile as she placed her diamond hoop earrings in her ear.
"Do you want to go get some breakfast before the class starts?" Asia asked.
"Yes... I'm starving." India said while rubbing her stomach
"Is your friend coming with us?" Asia asked while taking a seat on her bed.
"I don't know," India said while looking over at her with a smile.
"What?" Asia asked while avoiding eye contact.
"So what's the tea? You like him don't you?" India questioned curiously.
"No, no... It's not even like that. I don't even know him," Asia said wide-eyed.
"Uh...huh," India replied knowingly.
"Why did you say it like that? You don't believe me huh?" Asia questioned as she slid on her pink Nine West pumps.
"You just shifted your eyes a bit when you said that and from my world, that means that you're lying," India replied chuckle.
"Okay, okay... you got me on that one. Maybe I like him just a little bit. What about you? Do you like Chris?" Asia questioned curiously as she buckled on her gold bracelet.
"He's cute and all, but he's not my type. I have my eyes may be set for someone else," India said with a smile.
"Ooo.. who? What's his name? Does he go here? What's his major? Does he have a job?" Asia asked all in one sentence a little excited.
"Calm your pantie holes. I'm not telling you." India laughs.
"Umm... hmm... imma find out just watch," Asia said while squinting her eyes.
"Anyways. Are you signing up for any clubs, sports, etc?" India asks with a little smile.
"Maybe. What about you?" Asia questioned back.
"I was thinking about giving cheerleading a shot, but I don't know," India admitted.
"Cheerleading? Are you serious?" Asia questioned as they made their way out of their door room.
"Yeah...why not? What's wrong with cheerleading?" India questioned as she walked down the hallway feeling like all eyes were on her.
"Umm...I don't know. Nothing's wrong with cheerleading. You don't seem like the cheerleading type. Maybe the swim team or volleyball," Asia said with a chuckle just as they entered the cafeteria.
"I was good at volleyball in middle and high school, but I want to try something different so cheerleading is at the top of my list," India said looking around
"So your stepping out of your comfort zone? Hmm... maybe I should too." Asia said
"You should it wouldn't kill you," India stated
"Yo, India wait up," Chris yelled from behind them
"I just got a weird feeling in my stomach," Asia said with a frown across her face
"It's called butterflies." India chuckles as she looked up at Chris.
Asia inhaled and then finally exhaled as she tried to hold her composure around Chris. She just didn't know what to do with herself as she looked around nervously as she fiddled with her acrylic nails.
