So, I keep thinking about how the internet has all these quotes about people lying about being okay or how they feel in general. If it's everywhere, and you've read it at least once thinking, "This is so true," no offense, but why don't you try to help the people who actually do this stuff? So, I've been questioning people who answer with "I'm tired" or instantly smile with an "I'm fine," etc. Even if I can't get people to tell me what's wrong, at least I can get them to feel like someone cares.
Now, I'm not saying I've never done this lie myself, I've done it hundreds, and I'm not exaggerating, of times. When this happens, all I want is people to say, "Are you sure, truly?" and I would know someone cares.
There are always those people who do nice things just for the "good look." If you read this, never act like you care if you truly don't, be a good person and actually care! (Sorry to those who don't care at all.) Anyways, please understand that people struggle with things you hear about, only a few are fake, and there are many, many more ways to hide it than simple lies and bluffs, such as acting like a completely different person than you truly are.
