Chapter 15

Sammy POV

     -an week later-

I was carrying Carlie to my room because Sydney had something to do at the office. I walk down to the boys and Keegan as I sit next to Keegan.

"How is Carlie?" Keegan asks me.

"Her hand is not red anymore but there is a cut on it." I tell her.

"Sydney told me that she not as mad at you." Keegan whisper to me I nod to her.

20 minutes later I hear screams from my room I run up stairs to see Carlie screaming and crying.

"Baby." I call to her as I pull her to my lap as she wakes up and looks up at me.

"Daddy.. Mommy got hurt and they couldn't help her." She cries in my arms I see the fear in her eyes.

"Baby mommy is okay." I tell her as I carry her to the living room so she could see everyone. I put the pillow and blanket on the sit she lays down.

"Can we talk to mommy." She asks I nod and pull out my phone to call Sydney. Everyone left the house today so it's just me and my little girl.

Sydney.
Hey Sammy.

Sammy.
Hey NeyNey, Carlie had a really bad dream and she is scared.

Sydney.
Hey baby..

Carlie.
Mommy... Cole came back.

Sydney.
Baby no he will never come for you. You have all of daddy's friend there to protect you. Daddy is there Mr. Cole will never hurt you.

Sammy.
Mommy is right Mr. Cole will never ever hurt you baby.

Carlie.
I scared daddy.

Sammy.
I'm here Baby girl

Sydney.
Hey baby I'm almost done at work okay I promise you baby girl mommy will hurt anyone that tries to hurt you okay baby.

Carlie.
I love you mommy.

Sydney.
I love you too baby girl. Give Daddy a kiss for me okay baby.

The phone call ended.

"Daddy I want to go to the beach again." My little girl asks me I smile.

"Yeah okay want to come help me get our beach stuff." I tell her I see her smiling.

I stood up and held my hand to her she takes it as we walk to my room I have a swimsuit of Carlie's when she came over to swim I hand her swimsuit.

"Can you put it on or do you need help." I ask her.

"I do it." She says I watch her put her swimsuit on. I pack her a change of clothes I head to my bathroom to change in my swim trunks. When I come out I see Carlie on my phone.

Carlie.
Yeah daddy taking me to the beach mommy.

Sydney.
Okay baby tell Daddy I called and that I'm going to hang with Keegan.

Sammy.
Okay Syd.

Sydney.
She doesn't burn but bring sunscreen just incase.

Sammy.
Okay talk to you later babe.

I grab the sunscreen and grab the bag.

"Ready baby." I ask her she nods and I watch her walk out of the room.

I lock the house and we walk to my jeep I pick Carlie up to put her in to the car seat. We were off I blasted the music I heard her singing to Let it Go. She was so good I smiled as I see the beach.

"Baby look we are here." I say as I park the jeep. I walk to get her out she is smiling.

"Yay hurry up Daddy." She yells to me I smile.

"I'm going as fast I can go." I say back to her I finally unbuckle her and lift her out of the jeep.

She grabs my hand we walk to the water the sand was burning her feet so I carried her to spot Were we were going to set up and I put our stuff down. I put the sunscreen on her She sat down watching people surf.

"Baby want to go in to the water." I ask she gives me a huge smile I stand up. She grabs my hand as we walk to the water it splashed her.

"No pick me up." She says to me I nod and pick her to carry her I go so the water is waist deep to me.

"Daddy." I hear Carlie say.

"Yeah baby." I look at her I see her smiling.

"I love you Daddy." She says to me I smile so wide and as I have my little girl in my arms.

"I love you more Baby Girl." I say back to her. We've been swimming for ten minutes.

"Look it's mommy." She points and I smile cause there is Sydney standing there in her bikini. She walks over to me and Carlie.

"Hey you two." She say as she gets to us but I see her lean back so she could get her hair wet.

"Hey you how did you know where we are." I ask her as we walk back to the shore.

"I knew that this was the beach you would've gone too." She tells me as we sit down on the towel Carlie started making a sand castle.

"Come on Daddy lets go get sea shells." Carlie grabs my hand we are looking for sea shells.

"OMG your Sammy Wilkinson." I hear someone say and I look over to see it three girls I grab Carlie hand.

"Yeah that's me." I say to them they scream.

"Can we get a picture." They ask me I nod. I took picture with them all they left screaming me and Carlie had a whole bucket of sea shells. I picked her up as we walked back to where Sydney laid down tanning.

"I was spotted by fans." I tell Syd as I watch Carlie stared putting her sea shells on the castle.

"Go help her." Sydney says with a little laugh I go.

"It's so pretty." Carlie says and I nod helping her put them on the top.

"Carlie look at me." Sydney says with her phone out taking pictures of mine and Carlie's sand castle.

We've been at the beach for two hours Carlie was getting tired. I picked her up and carried her to the jeep we drive to Sydney place. I grab Carlie and walk through the door to her room.

"Thanks Sammy." Syd says from her living room.

"I'm really sorry about at that drama last week." I tell her.

"It's okay Sammy. Trust me it's all okay I'm just still hurt cause you told your family how much you love me and then you did all that to me. It really hurt me like you breaking up with me hurt less then when you did that." She tells me I see how much I mean to her.

"It's over Laine is gone." I tell her.
