STUFF GETS REAL. Get your Kleenex ready!!

Soon, we arrived at the hospital, where people were in a hurried panic. Louis held a sleeping Emmalyn in his arms as I walked up to the reception desk.

"Yes ma'am, how may I help you?"

"Was there a car crash that's come here yet? I'm scared out of my mind. I was on the phone with my husband and then I heard a huge crashing noise and I don't know what happened," I said hurriedly.

"Calm down ma'am. I'll check."

She began to type on her computer before turning to me again.

"There was a couple of people that came in from a car crash a minute ago... What's your husband's name?"

"Harry Styles."

She typed on her computer and clicked her mouse.

"Um, I'm sorry to tell you this, but he's in intensive care right now. It was a pretty bad accident."

Tears began streaming down my face. The woman looked at me with a sad look.

"He's on the fourth floor, room 413."

I ran over to Louis, grabbed his arm, and dragged him to the elevators. I didn't say a word as we stepped inside and I pressed the button with the number four on it. I stepped out as soon as the doors opened and looked around quickly, turning my head in the direction of the door he was supposed to be in.

"What's going on?" Louis asked.

I didn't answer, but instead, found room 413, walking in to find a doctor standing by his side. I walked over to the bed, but the doctor stood in my way.

"Um, ma'am you're not authorized to be-"

I cut him off by shoving him out of my way, only to discover a badly mangled Harry laying in the bed. I feel to my knees in pain and began to cry uncontrollably. The doctor helped me up after a minute and began to talk to me.

"Mrs. Styles, I assume?"

"Yes, I'm his wife."

"Your husband has been in a very bad accident. As of right now, all the machines are hooked up to keep him alive because he is in a coma. Now, I need to ask something."

"Anything."

"After three months, he is legally considered brain dead and you might have to sign a form saying that you agree to pull the plug."

"Pull the plug?" I asked, slightly confused.

"Well, once he's legally brain dead, he most likely won't wake up from his coma. We might have to 'pull the plug' or, to explain it better, unplug all of the things keeping him alive so that he can go peacefully," the doctor explained. I nearly bursted into tears again when he explained... After three months, they can't take care of him anymore? We'll lose him? Oh gosh no. Emmalyn can't handle that. I can't handle that.

I walked over and sat beside Louis on the couch. I was absolutely speechless and silent as I sat there for what seemed like hours, endless tears falling from my eyes. Suddenly, I was comforted by a pair of arms. I knew it was Louis. But I didn't really give a crap right now. I needed someone to comfort me. I hugged him tightly and slowly fell asleep on his shoulder.

When I woke up, I was laying across the couch. It was just Harry and I in the room. I picked up my phone, ruffling my hair and sitting up. I had a message from Louis.

'Took Emmalyn out for some lunch. We're going to go grab some clothes from the house and we should be back soon.'

I threw my phone down and laid back on the rock-hard couch. How did I even sleep on this?
