I ran out of stars

Sandra's POV.

"Mike, why are you so sweet?" Those words automatically escaped from my mouth as Mike held me tighter. I too hugged him more tightly, with my face still buried in his muscular chest.

"I am just preparing for the tough competition of sweetness. Come on man, to beat you, I have to be more sweet. After all, no one is more sweeter than you." His words brought a cheerful smile on my face.

I don't know for how long we were in that position. It felt like time should just stop. I could be in that position with Mike, forever.

"Mike, I know you wouldn't cheat on me? Then, what happened in that room?" I asked Mike. The painful incident was trying to cross my mind, but I stopped it.

"You trust me right, Sandra?" The question fell in my ear and I immediately looked up at Mike, not disturbing our position. His eyes were closed. I kept looking at his face and replied,"Yeah, I do. Tell me, what happened." His eyes were still closed.

After 15 mins.

"Mike, don't you think, that looks like an angel?" I asked Mike, looking at his face. He followed my hand and looked at the place in sky, where I was pointing. "Yeah, actually, it does." He said and smiled. That had me smiling.

Watching stars at night and that too with your love, is just amazing. We were at Mike's terrace. The entrance to his terrace is from outside of his house. Mike had brought a bedsheet from his room, and we just layed that sheet on the cold floor. On that bedsheet, we were laying down looking at the stars.

I was laying down next to Mike, with my hand on his chest. I had turned myself so I was facing him. He was just laying straight looking at the sky and caressing my hair.

"What are you thinking so much?" I asked Mike, as he brought his blue orbs to me. He smiled and again looked back at the stars.

"I am just looking at the stars and matching each star with a reason why I love you. It was just going great until I ran out of stars." He said those words, making me just go crazy.

I kept looking at his face, and said,"You always say those words and make me go crazy for you. You are just the best guy ever." He looked at me and smiled, earning back a more bigger smile from me.

That incident of Jezabella and Mike was very painful for me. I just thought that my world has ended. But when, Mike told me the whole thing, I just couldn't help but feel angry over Jezabella.

That bitch!! She got Mike in a room after getting him a drink. Mike didn't knew that Jezabella had put a sleeping pill in his drink. When Mike reached that room, he started feeling giddy and immediately went unconscious.

When that poor guy woke up, he saw that Jezabella is kissing him. He was shirtless at that time, and his jeans was thrown on the floor. All Jezabella's work. Just then, I entered the room and got everything messed up. In short, this was all Jezabella's work to break apart me and Mike.

"Are you matching the stars now?" Mike's question broke my train of thoughts and I looked back at him again. His face was just charming as ever. What he did to convince me was the sweetest thing I had ever seen.

I grinned and said,"My love for you is more than the stars in the sky, so, matching the stars is just waste of time."

Mike's eyes suddenly started piercing through mine. His stare became intense with every passing second. He just kept looking at me, a smile never leaving his face. I never tried to brake his stare. His mature face was just sending chills down my spine.

He suddenly hovered over me, so that he could be on top of me. His eyes were still fixed to mine.

He stroked my cheek with his right thumb, forcing me to close my eyes and savour the moment.

"Sandra." I heard my name and my eyes opened automatically. His face was just inches away from mine. I managed to ask,"Yeah?" His eyes moving to my lips for once but again making their way to my eyes.

He finally spoke,"You know last night, I had send an angel to ur place, just to see how you were doing. That angel came back with a frown. And when I asked her, the reason of her frown, you know what she said?" I chuckled and replied,"No. What did she say?"

Mike replied with a big smile, his face slowly approaching mine,"That angel saw you and got jealous seeing a more pretty woman than her." As soon as Mike completed his statement, he crashed his lips to mine. I immediately closed my eyes. My fingers automatically started running through the back of his hair.

This was so needed. After all that happened, this was needed.

Moments later, Mike pulled away a bit and as usual he had a big smile on his face. My eyes were locked with his. I just wanted to swim in those ocean blue orbs.

Mike pulled my cheeks and then chuckled before saying another sweet statement of his. "Really Sandra, I think that God must have been showing off when he created you."

My heart always melts by his sweeeet lines. How does he mange to get so many of them?

I laughed and pushed him over, so now we were both lying on the floor facing each other. Mike again grinned and said,"Sandra, promise me, you will never doubt on me like this. Promise?" I gave Mike a guilty smile and said,"Pinky promise Mike." He chuckled and I smiled. All the time looking at his cute face.

Then, I promised to myself, that I will never doubt on Mike. Never!! Because, I can't get a better guy than him. More importantly, I can never fall so much in love with anyone, than with Mike.

"Hey sweetheart." Mike spoke startling me for a moment. I looked at him. He smirked and said,"You know, I am suddenly getting a feeling that in future, someone else is gonna love you more than me." I frowned upon hearing his weird statement. Who can love me more than Mike Jones? And more importantly, who can fill Mike's place in my heart?

I asked,"What are you saying?" He smirked again, looking devilishly cute, and said,"Our child is gonna love you more than me."

My eyes widened at his sudden words. But then, things hit me soon in my mind. Mike sees me as the mother of his child. He sees me as his future wife. I couldn't help but just hug Mike. I immediately hugged him tightly. He hugged me back. He always feels like a teddy bear.

After what felt like ages, Mike broke the hug and said,"This full lifetime is gonna be less to show you the extent of my love Sandra. I just want you to wipe my tears and fill happiness in my life, whenever I am in trouble. You will do it, right?"

I nodded with a smile and he immediately brought his lips to mine, kissing me with all his love.
