As I made my way to the Queens chamber, I pulled out a dagger; the Huntsman’s to be exact. I opened her door with my foot, the dagger held high in my hand ready to strike. The Queen looked young just as she always did. As I came closer to the Queen, I could see that she was happily soaking in a tub full of blood. I held back the vomit that threatened to come, and focused on the job that was needed to be done. The Queen’s eyes were closed. That just wasn’t going to do.
“Hello Grimhilde.” I said smiling wickedly. The Queen’s eyes flashed open in surprise and she gasped loudly.
“Abigail!” The Queen said. She looked up at the dagger and back to me and back to the dagger. I wasted no time and plunged the dagger right into her heart. She gasped again and began choking on her own blood. Within a few seconds, the Queen was dead.
Her soul floated up and entered my body. My body spasmed and I fell to the ground curled up into a ball.
“Snow!” I heard Rapunzel call and in seconds she was at my side. I turned to face her and she gasped in shock. “Snow, you’re beautiful.” She smiled.
“What do you mean I’m dead. How could a zombie be beautiful?” I asked getting to my feet and walking over to the Queen’s mirror. Rapunzel was right. I was beautiful. All of the innocent girls the Queen had killed just to have their young beauty and eternal life. I was young and beautiful again and so was Rapunzel, the spell was broken. I smiled excitedly at her and we hugged each other.
“Thank you Snow. For everything.”
“Hey don’t mention it. Thank you for letting me have the honors.” I knew then that we’d be friends forever.
