Ever since Harry took me out and finally told me how he felt about two weeks ago, life has been great. We have been hanging out all the time, you know.. the usual; sleeping, movies, food, dates, more sleeping. Its been a blast and we have never been this close before. We have been talking about dating but the time hasn't been right for harry yet apparently.. and he just doesn't know when it will be though that hasn't stop us.. well me from acting like it. People at school are starting to notice us now which is a little weird because suddenly we have people starring and talking about us all the time but i guess thats because a 'nobody' as they call me is dating the hottest new guy ever... As much as its weird to have this happen to me, i kind of like it.
"Mere, Mere, Mere!" I heard Eva's voices shouting across the cafeteria and when i turned around i saw her running straight at me at full pace. As she got to me feet she took her stop and then needed to catch her breath. Unfit friends stay together we say. When she finally caught her breath back she finally spoke. "Your still coming to mine tonight with ruby to get ready right?" "What??" i was confused.. "You know.. Andreas party..?" Oh shit. "Yeah of corse im still coming with you guys.." i replied. "Oh man.. you forgot didn't you?" she asked shaking her head. She knew me to well. "Yeah kind of but i can still come..." i replied while flashing her a cheeky smirk. "lets take a seat so we talk about it then.." I nodded my head and then followed her to an empty table.
After 20 minutes of listening to Eva ramble on about what she was going to wear, the boys, the party games, the alcohol i just wanted Harry to come and save me. As soon as i thought it Harry and Ruby took a seat with us and then out of no where Harry decided to plant a small kiss on my cheek. "Hey babe.." babe? thats knew! My eyes lit up confused but a smile consumed my face in the seconds after. I could feel myself blushing and im pretty sure everyone else could too. "Awh... You guys are literally my goals" Ruby said while giving us this dreamy love eyes. "So are you guys finally together yet or what..?" asked Eva. I looked at harry because i just didn't know how to answer the question. He gave me a smirk.." I dont know Meredith are we?" He squeezed my leg under the table and kept sending this sly smirk my way. I hated him sometimes. "No we arent!" Everyones faces started to frown and As i looked over to Harry i could see he was not smiling anymore. Oh no. I hope i didn't offend him in anyway. Eva and ruby were so confused. "Im sorry Harr..." "Love its okay!" He laughed. " To answer your question.. no we are not dating, well not yet anyway.." He replied while turning to smile at me again. What a loser.
After about another 10 minutes the bell went for the last two periods of the day. Maths and Human Bio. Fun. Everyone got up out of their chairs and started to flood out of the cafeteria because if your not out fast your late for class. "Mere! me and Eva are gonna head to class straight away but we will see you after school and Harry we will see you at the party tonight." Ruby called while turning to walk away. "Yeah.. see you soon guys." Eva said while following Ruby out of the cafeteria into the crowed hallways. The cafeteria was still packed so as me and Harry got up we just waited for it to go down a bit. He walked over to me and embraced me in a hug. This public affection was great. I needed it to get through my everyday. I need him. a lot.
Harry then ended the hug and said bye. He took a couple of steps to walk off before i called out his name. He turned around to face me and gestured for me to go on. "Not gonna walk with me now hey.." "I have to get going.." he replied. "Harry i was joking.. i was gonna ask if we were going to go to the party together still." His face looked confused. "Oh shit, i must have forgot to tell you that im going with the boys.." I started to frown and give him the sad face. He saw my frown and then walked back over to me giving me another hug. I looked up to him with a frown still on my face. " Dont pull that face at me Mere, your making me feel bad.. But its okay cause ill see you there love and i will be hanging with you for the whole night. I promise." He said squeezing me tighter. "You should feel bad but i guess thats true.." i made my frown bigger and gave him the sad puppy eyes. "Stop that please.. Ill take you home for a little bit after school if you want." he asked pushing some strands of my hair behind my ears. "No its okay.. Im gonna go get ready at Eva's with Ruby" i replied. "Well then Mrs. frowny face.. I guess we will just see each other at the party then." He bent down planting a soft kiss to my lips. "You and this public affection today." i said while holding his hand as we started to walk off. "You love it.." he looked down flashing me a wink.
