Chapter eight

Barbie's P.O.V

I left a small giggle when I heard Draco saying

"After you my princess."

From all of the stories I heard about him being a emotionless prat and that he never cared about anyone,I could honestly say they were not true.He was still sometimes a big jerk but when you get to know him,you realise he's actually a good guy.I entered the Slytherin common room and was breath taken buy it's beauty.It was a low-ceilinged dungeon-like room with greenish lamps and chairs.The dungeon extendes partway under the lake,giving the light in the room a green tinge.It has lots of black and dark green leather sofas.It has quite a grand atmosphere but also quite cold one.I looked at Draco and saw him smirking.

"Isn't it better than the Gryffindor common room?"

"Maybe it looks more magnificient but the Gryffindor common room is comfier and has a warm atmospere not cold like this one.In the same time this common room has a cold and grand atmospere."

I replied and he looked shocked withm y words.

"Oh well.Now what we came here for,last time I saw her in girls dormitories."

"Don't worry about that,I'll just call her."

I started hissing and it was clear Draco hasn't understood a word of it by his dumb expression.After some time of hissing apologies to Nimeria,she started hissing back.I saw her sliding toward me and climbing on my shoulder.She grew a lot for these three months I had her.I glanced at my watch and realised that the Slytherins will be starting to return any minute.I kissed Draco goodbye,as if on que I heard voices.Two girls came in and I remembered that their names were Dapne Grengrass and Pancy Parkinson.They stopped in shock when they saw me.

"What are you doing here,you're a Gryffindor and we don't let scum like you come in."

Draco immediatly jumped in tto help.

"Daphne,she's here because I invited her."

"But why Draco? Your parents are going to kill you if they knew you were dating a mudblood."

The Pancy girl joined in.

"First she's a pureblood and she came here to pick up her pet snake."

I lauged as their expressions could of explode because of schock.

"You are a pureblood?"

Asked the prettier one,Daphne.

"Yep."

"And you have a pet snake?"

Asked Pancy,I had to admitted she really looked like the dog.

"Yep.

"I answered simply.

"Then why aren't you in Slytherin?"

They asked in usion. I sighed,I knew we would come to this part.Of course I wasn't going to tell them who really I am,but maybe I can tell Draco the whole thruth.I turned to face to girls as I spoke.

"It's a long story and I'd rather not disscus it.Now I really need to go Hermione's going to kill me.Bye."

I pecked Draco on the lips and waved the girls goodbye.I ran to the Gryffindor common room where I found Harry and Ron burried deep in the amounts of homework they had.I giggled me and Mione finished everythin and now we could do whatever the hell we want.I tackeld both boys and the were suprise but the started laughing and tickling me,than Mione joined in.I took a pillow from the couch and started a pillow fight before I knew it the twins,Ron,Harry,Ginny,Mione and me were having a pillow fight.After half an hour we got tired.The Weasleys expect Ron went to have dinner.The four us stayed in because Harry and Ron had to finish their homework and me and MIone so we could talk.
