Chapter Two

I woke up next to mark. I didn't remember going to sleep in the bed. I remembered going to sleep on the balcony lounge chair. I guess mark took me in sine it was the middle of November and it was really cold outside. He was really considerate of me.

His arms were intertwined in mine , I could barely move but something in me didn't want to move.I started having mixed feeling for Mark that I didn't want to tell him or anyone else.

~later that day~

We all got in my car and I drove to the mall. As soon as we got there everyone went into there favorite store leaving me and mark together.I went into forever 21 and I got some high waisted shorts and got a couple shirts.

Do you want to go anywhere else? I asked Mark

"No, I'm fine, as long as I'm with you." He said

I blushed a little then looked up hoping that he didn't see me.

We walked around for another 10 minutes, when my phone went off. It was from my mom, of course.

From: Mom

Kate I hope you are having a great time just checking up on you, I miss you! And I put an extra $300 in your bank account use it for what you need. Bye, mommy loves you :*

I texted her back and then I put my phone back into my bag.

"who was that?" Mark asked me

"it was just my mom checking up on me as usual." I said in an annoyed tone, louder than I should've.

After window shopping for a while, I got hungry and Mark gave me money to buy something for the both of us.

~Mark's POV~

I handed Kate money to go and buy us food, then I walked outside of the mall and waited patiently for Kate to come get me. I dug my hands into my pocket and took out my phone. I put in my pin then logged into instagram, liked a few pictures then I logged out.

I had two missed calls from my ex and one text from my sister. I respond to my sister then shoved my phone into my pocket.

I saw that Kate was taking a long time so I went looking for her and when I did some guy was flirting with her and they were exchanging numbers. I walked up to Kate and stood there like I hadn't seen anything.

"who's he?" I asked in a concerned voice

"Michael, this is my best friend Mark."she said

I wanted to know his name not for her to introduce me to him.

"sup?" he said

"nothing, seems like you two are hitting it off so, I'm not going to bother you guys." I left and took a cab to the hotel.

When I arrived I changed into my sweats and sat on the couch to Watch t.v. My phone was ringing off the hook and I knew exactly who was calling.

*5 missed calls* from Kate

I turned off my phone and waited for my show to come on. I heard keys jingling from the other side of the door and Kate, Becca, Ashley, and Tony walked through the door . They were all surprised that I was here except for Kate .

"well?!" Kate said

"well what? I was giving you and Michael some good quality time what's the problem?" I said in an annoyed voice

"Mark! Why do you always have to be so annoying?! " she screamed

By this time everyone else was out of the room and it was only me and Kate here arguing about stupid things as usual .

"I'm going to bed, I hope michael doesnt also know where we are staying ,or did you tell him that too?" I said

Goodnight Kate...

A few hours later I felt someone else in the bed with me and I knew it was Kate I wanted her to leave but,she looked so cute when she was sleeping. So I pulled the covers over me and her and went to bed.
