My first instinct was to shield the little girl behind me.I tried to kill as much zombies with the sword. Then I heard shouting and it sure didn't sound like a zombie.
My eyes went wide as the zombies suddenly exploded before my eyes as me and the little girl were cornered against the wall.
I was way too busy looking at the exploded zombie parts scattered across the floor to notice there was a zombie in front of me.
My eyes went wide as the thing was going for my neck as I stood paralyzed.I gasped and closed my eyes waiting for my 'death'.
Then I heard a piercing sound going into flesh but I felt no pain.I slowly opened my eyes ready to take in the horrible sight before me.
But instead I saw an arrow through the zombie's head while it fell to the cold hard ground and it was the end of its 'second life'.
Then I remembered the little girl.I quickly looked to my side to realize the little wasn't at my side.My eyes softened as I saw the sight in front of me.it was a reunion with father and daughter.
He was crying along with the little girl as his strong arms were rapped around her little frame.I awkwardly walked over to the man.
When he got up I hadn't realized he had blonde hair with ocean blue eyes.He kind of looked too young to be her father."Thank you so much for taking care of my sister", he said as he quickly studied me and gave me a truly grateful smile."You're her brother", I asked."Yeah I'm Clarke", he said as he held out his hand."The names Bella", I replied as I shook his hand.
