I cry.........

I cry because I don't want to harm myself,

I cry because I want to calm myself,

I cry because I am deeply hurt,

I cry because I feel lost,

So don't tell me to stop crying because otherwise I will harm myself.

Don't say crying will make you look weak because in reality it will help more then you can think.
